The capacity of the object is up to 11 people. Accommodation is possible from June 1 to September 30. There is a total of 1 double bedroom (2 raised single beds and a cot), 1 walk-through triple bedroom (3 single beds), 1 quadruple bedroom (1 double bed and 1 bunk bed), 1 sofa bed and 1 extra bed in the form of a corner sofa bed in the living room. The bedrooms have storage space. The living room also has a dining area, TV and fireplace. You can use the fully equipped kitchen adapted for all-day cooking (dishwasher, stove, hob, microwave, kettle, bread slicer, toaster and electric hand mixer). The social facilities include a bathroom with a sink, shower and two toilets. There is a washing machine. The heating is electric. The kitchen and bathroom have underfloor heating and in other rooms electric heaters. There is WIFI internet access throughout the property. Outside the cottage there is a spacious yard with a fenced garden with a 3.6 × 0.9 m swimming pool with sand filtration, sun loungers, a trampoline, two swings, a hanging net, a sandbox with a parasol and a basketball hoop. You can sit in a roofed, enclosed pergola with a fireplace and dining tables. There is a fireplace and a bicycle storage room. For children, there is a small wooden playhouse located by the pergola. Parking is possible directly on the fenced plot. In the vicinity of the cottage there is the possibility of cycling, swimming, fishing, mushroom picking and fishing. Nearby there are tennis courts, a riding school, wellness and bowling. The village includes the Mareš pond with a beach, near which there is a car camp with climbing frames, a volleyball court, a ping-pong table and climbing frames.
