A cozy log cabin, combining historical character with modern comfort, is located in the picturesque valley of the Svratka River, just outside Brno. This place will offer you absolute privacy and peace and create a perfect oasis for relaxation and recharging your batteries. You can look forward to a Finnish sauna with an outdoor shower or a saltwater jacuzzi for outdoor relaxation. The cottage provides accommodation for 9 people in three bedrooms. On the ground floor you will find a 3-bed bedroom (1x double bed, 1x separate single bed) with a fireplace, in the attic a 2-bed bedroom (1x double bed) with a fireplace and a 4-bed bedroom (1x extra large bed for 4 people). A cot is also available (for a small fee). On the ground floor there is also a main living room with a large dining table connected to a fully equipped kitchen (fridge with freezer, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, electric kettle, thermomix with recipe book, dishwasher, hob and dishes). A stylish tiled stove with stove creates the unmistakable charm of a log cabin. There is a TV and hi-fi equipment with a wireless Bluetooth music receiver. The sanitary facilities include a large bathroom on the ground floor with a toilet and a whirlpool bath with light therapy with a view of the electric fireplace. Upstairs there is a separate toilet and a separate bathroom with a bath. Heating is provided by a gas boiler with comfortable underfloor heating. To complete the atmosphere, there is the option of heating in a tiled stove. The cottage also has two electric fireplaces (bathroom, bedroom). On the ground floor in the bedroom you will also find a classic solid fuel fireplace. Free Wi-Fi internet access is available throughout the property. Possibility of storing bicycles/skis. Parking is free and is right next to the property (max. 4 cars). The cottage is located on a fenced plot with a grassy garden. In the garden you will find a pergola with seating and a grill. You can also use the fireplace. There is also an outdoor terrace heater for sitting in the winter months. There is also a wine cellar, which completes the atmosphere of comfort and relaxation. Wellness lovers will appreciate the Finnish sauna, which is complemented by an outdoor shower. In the winter months, a large, unconventional oval barrel is used to cool down. You can also use the outdoor hot tub with salt water under the pergola, which is operated seasonally from March to October. The little ones will certainly appreciate the children's slide. In the vicinity of the property there is the possibility of hiking, cycling, swimming, mushroom picking, cross-country skiing and skiing. For the more adventurous, there are via ferratas. The Svratka River is frequently visited by fishermen looking for quality trout waters. Swimming options include: Olešnice Swimming Pool, Bystřice nad Pernštejnem Swimming Pool or the Nové Město na Moravě City Spa. In winter, nearby ski resorts are an advantage, for example: Nové Město na Moravě - Ski snowpark Harusův kopec or Skiareál Olešnice na Moravě. Trips in the surrounding area are attractive: Vír reservoir, ruins of the Pyšolec, Zubštejn, Aušperk castles or the biathlon area in Nové Město na Moravě. Possibility to arrange a horse-drawn carriage ride (reservation required in advance). For children, there is fun in the form of searching for lost treasure with a sweet reward, while adults can look forward to a bottle of sparkling wine or prosecco as a welcome gift.
