Upstairs there are 4 bedrooms, each with 2 beds. In the building there are 2x bathroom (1x shower and 1x massage shower) and 2x toilet. Heating is provided with solid fuels - a fireplace stove in the living room with a heat distribution to the radiators. In the building there is a billiard. The cottage has a covered porch, terrace, garden furniture, outdoor grill and on the spacious uncovered grounds of the fireplace. Storage room for sports equipment can be used in the basement. Parking possible for up to 4 vehicles directly at the property. The property is surrounded by beautiful nature, in summer the ideal conditions for mushrooming, marked hiking trails and biking trails. Possible bathing and fishing in the popular water reservoir Liptovská Mara (13 km). Nearby points of interest also include Bešeňová Thermal Park, Tatralandia Aquapark, Dolny Kubin Aquapark, and Malinô Brdo Ski Park. We recommend to visit Lúčky spa, where are the indoor and outdoor swimming pools and the beautiful waterfall, Vlkolínec, which is included in the UNESCO book. In the vicinity there are Demänová Cave, Ice Cave, Likava Castle, Sliačanská travertina, ranč Černová and many other possibilities where you can spend nice moments.
