The cottage can accommodate up to 8 people in 2 bedrooms. A stylish holiday cottage near the village of Dobronice u Bechyně is located in a quiet location just a few steps from the Lužnice River. An ideal combination not only for fishing enthusiasts, couples and small groups of friends who want maximum privacy and their own wellness just for themselves. The dominant feature of the property is an outdoor sauna with a panoramic view of the river, from which you can go straight down to the water. Seating on the terrace, fireplace and barbecue area create a great setting for evenings by the river. Although you are in nature, the cottage offers full facilities for a comfortable stay. DESCRIPTION: In the attic, the first bedroom with a double bed, storage space and a balcony with a view that will take your breath away - the river, forests and peace. In addition, there is a stylish studio with a seating area and beds for four adventurers and another balcony where you can enjoy coffee or wine under the open sky. Upstairs is a second bedroom with separate beds. There is also a living room with a fireplace, where you can watch the blazing fire in the evening, and a kitchen with a terrace that calls for breakfast in the fresh air. On this floor you will also find a toilet with a sink. The entrance to the cottage is via a veranda with outdoor seating. In the basement there is a shower, boiler room and garage. Central heating and a solid fuel boiler ensure that the cottage is pleasantly warm. Parking right next to the cottage for two cars, the driveway is dusty and unpaved. The surroundings of the cottage are ideal for walking and cycling trips, ideal for paddlers and historical expeditions (Bechyně, Tábor). The proximity of the water, privacy and a sauna with a view of the river make the cottage an exceptional place to relax in South Bohemia. In the immediate vicinity of the cottage there is a meadow, ideal for sports activities or ball games. Swimming in the Lužnice River is possible thanks to a bridge with a ladder into the water. You also have a punt for water fun and fishing. Next to the cottage there is a basketball hoop for further entertainment. In the vicinity you can visit the ruins of the castle in the village of Dobronice u Bechyně, a beautiful viewpoint above the river or walk along the marked red tourist route and the Na Onen Svět nature trail. In the wider vicinity there is the Stádlecký Chain Bridge and Bechyně Chateau. We look forward to seeing you there.
