Apartments Statek u Dobráka are located in the heart of South Bohemia in the peaceful village of Domanín, 4 km from the spa town of Třeboň. In the vicinity you can enjoy the beautiful natural landscape with many ponds. Statek u Dobráka provides accommodation for 25 people in six separately rented apartments with their own entrance, kitchenette and bathroom. The apartments are located next to each other in the closed courtyard of the farm. DESCRIPTION: APARTMENT 1 (cottage) has a capacity for 8 people, there are 3 beds on the ground floor in a separate bedroom and 5 beds in the open attic. APARTMENT 2 in the style of a log cabin has a capacity for 4 people, there are 2 beds on a folding hotel sofa with a 16 cm mattress in the living room and 2 beds in the mezzanine area. APARTMENTS 3, 4 and 5 have a capacity for 3 people. They include 2x beds in the attic and 1x extra bed in the form of a sofa bed in the living room. APARTMENT 6, also in the style of a log cabin, has a capacity for 4 people, there are 2x 2 beds in the mezzanine area. For greater comfort, the beds in the apartments include 25 cm high Boxspring mattresses. In all apartments, you can spend time together on the ground floor in the living room with a sofa, TV, dining table and fully equipped kitchenette (dishes, hob, fridge and kettle, tea towels, cloths, washing and disinfectants). You can also offer coffee or tea. In each apartment, there is a bathroom on the ground floor with a shower, toilet, sink, toiletries, towels and bath towels, hairdryer and clothes dryer. Access to the raised floors of the apartments is via wooden stairs. All apartments have WIFI internet access. Laundry can be washed and dried by arrangement. A high chair, a high chair, a toilet seat and a potty are also available for rent. Outside, each apartment has a table with chairs or a bench for sitting. A fireplace, a garden grill and several benches for sitting are also available in the farmhouse for all guests. The enclosed courtyard also includes a pond, a grassy area for playing and relaxing and a covered summer kitchen equipped with a Samson 11 self-service bar and a refrigerator with lemonade, drinks, wine and popsicles. The kitchen also has a capsule coffee machine with Lavazza capsules, a kettle and a microwave. There is a bicycle rack in the pergola by the kitchen. Children can look forward to a play set with a slide and swings in the garden and two trampolines measuring 2.5m and 4.5m. In the summer months, dinner can be arranged in the summer kitchen - e.g. grilled trout, pizza, tortillas, grilled cheese and other delicacies. Parking is free in the front part of the farm. Hiking, cycling, swimming, mushroom picking and fishing are possible in the vicinity of the apartments. In Domanín, you can visit the children's and multifunctional playground at the fire station, a 5-minute walk from the farm. There are also tennis courts and a riding stable nearby. Swimming options include: Aurora Třeboň Spa, Svět Pond, Opatovický Pond, Spolský Pond, Dunajovice Quarry, Nový Lipnický Pond, Rožmberk Pond, Podřezanský Pond, Koníř Pond, Velké Bahno Pond, etc. For trips in the surrounding area, you can visit Třeboň Castle, the Schwanzenberg Tomb, the Trocnovský Monument, Hluboká nad Vltavou Castle, the Dvorec Exotic Animal Park, České Budějovice or the historic center of Český Krumlov.
