The comfortable Swedish Chalet U Faflíka with its own sauna and forest is located in the village of Vlkov near the town of Veselí nad Lužnicí in the beautiful nature of South Bohemia. The immediate surroundings are interspersed with many ponds and sandpits inviting for swimming and fishing. Chata U Faflíka offers accommodation for 6 people, in total there are two double bedrooms, the first with a double bed (2x2m) and the second with two large separate beds (2x1.4m), and two extra beds with a sofa bed (2x2m) in the living room . A cot is available for rent. All rooms of the cottage have built-in air conditioning. Shared moments can be spent in the living room with a fireplace, a sofa set, a smart TV, satellite and a dining table. The cottage includes a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, fridge, freezer, electric oven, hob, microwave oven, kettle, toaster and coffee maker). WIFI internet connection is available throughout the building. The sanitary facilities include one modern bathroom with a shower, sink, bidet and toilet. There is also a second bathroom next to the sauna with a shower and sink. A washing machine and dryer can be used. You can relax in the sauna for 4 people. The sauna includes a heater with a baby cover. Heating is provided by central hot water heating and underfloor heating in the hall, bathroom and kitchen. There is also air conditioning in heating mode and a fireplace in the living room with hot air vents to the bedrooms and smoke detectors connected to central monitoring. The cottage is surrounded by a large fenced grassy garden (5000 m²) with outdoor lighting. You can sit on the sunny veranda or on the terrace. There is a grill and a fire pit. The outdoor shower is pleasantly refreshing. The garden includes its own golf holes (chipping green). A lockable bicycle shed is available. You can park directly at the building. A car charger is available. The object is guarded by a web camera. In the vicinity of the building, hiking, cycling, swimming, mushroom picking, fishing and surfing are possible. There is a golf and tennis court nearby. In the surroundings there are deep mushroom and blueberry forests and two beautiful rivers Lužnice and Nežárka. There are also nudist beaches nearby. Swimming options include, for example: Vlkovské sand pits, Karvánky sand pit, Mazelovský pond, Velký Řečický pond, Dvořiště pond, Soběslav swimming pool, Rožmberk pond, Dubenský pond, Velký Hatínský pond, Dunajovice quarry, Rytíř pond, Roudná pond, Roudná sand pit, Jindřichův pool Hradec - Frankův Dvůr, Svět pond, etc. The Nadějská rybniční system, Červená Lhota castle, the towns of Třeboň, Jindřichův Hradec or České Budějovice are alluring for trips in the area.
