Tiny House Black Swallow - Hostkovice in the style of Route 66 is located in Hostkovice, part of the municipality of Tršice. In a beautiful environment near Olomouc within reach of nature, horses and the city. It is located in the large garden of Ranch 66 together with another object Chata Arizona and near the house of the owners who are fans of Route 66. In the garden there is a swimming pool with solar heating. The Tiny House offers accommodation for four people in a double bedroom and a living room with a sofa bed. The property has a fully equipped kitchen (dishes, refrigerator, microwave oven, two-burner stove and coffee maker), dining table, TV, Wi-Fi connection and air conditioning. The sanitary facilities include a shower, sink and toilet. Towels, shower gel and hairdryer are available. Hot water is provided by a boiler with a capacity of 80 l. Heating is possible in two ways. The first is heating with air conditioning (heat pump), the most economical method. Another option is electric floor infrared heating, with a thermostat in each room. Parking is possible right next to the building in the fenced garden. You can sit outside on the terrace with a beautiful view of the garden and nature. There is a swimming pool, grill and fire pit. You can go on foot or by bike to the memorial to the victims of the First World War. Twenty minutes walk there and twenty minutes back, a four kilometer walk. You can then continue on your bike to the village of Velký Týnec, or connect to the Chlum route - this route runs mostly through the forest and is approximately 9 kilometers long. It is suitable for both cyclists and pedestrians. You can also visit the city of Olomouc, where there is a lot of culture and entertainment. You can also arrange horse riding in the local stable or just walk around the stable and look at the different animals. The stable is within sight of the accommodation, a 3-minute walk. Possibility of swimming: water park Olomouc, Tršice dam or Penčice swimming pool. In winter, you can visit the nearby Hlubočka ski area. We look forward to seeing you here.
