The building is heated by electric radiators and underfloor heating. The whole building has a landscaped ornamental garden with a children's playground (sandbox, toys, basketball basket, swings, slide). Comfortable sitting on the covered terrace, in the gazebo or on the garden swing. Possibility of grilling and cooking goulash - grill, garden fireplace, fireplace and kettle available. Barbecue and goulash package available (wood, coal, kettle, grill tools). Parking right next to the building for 6 cars. The surroundings are ideal for hiking, cycling, mushroom picking.
