Wellness cottage with a swimming pool (sauna, jacuzzi and pool with waterfall) near the village of Sedlec-Prčice (a famous tourist trail) and the popular recreation area of ​​Monínec in the Central Bohemian Region. The cottage can accommodate up to 14 people in 4 bedrooms. DESCRIPTION: The cottage is divided into 2 parts - Small and Large House. Small House - Bedroom with double bed and cot, living room with sofa and dining table, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower and separate toilet. Large House - 3 bedrooms (each bedroom has its own bathroom with toilet) and each bedroom includes 4 beds (double bed + bunk bed and in one of the rooms there is also a cot). There is also a shared fully equipped kitchen with dining table and children's playroom, which is connected to the large social area with billiards, sofa, projector, tap and 2 toilets. Outdoor areas - terrace by the small house, terrace by the large house (with sun loungers, etc.), children's playground + seating (behind the large house), Finnish sauna, whirlpool, swimming pool with waterfall and large free barn. There are many tourist attractions in the area, the cottage is ideal in summer for hiking, cycling and swimming, but also for a winter holiday - downhill skiing Monínec. The Monínec recreational area is not far from the cottage (ski area, rope park, disc golf, bike park, archery, marble track, water maxi slide and restaurant). There are beautiful forests in the area with the possibility of mushroom picking. A holiday with us should be a reward - enjoy it. We look forward to seeing you with us.
