Wellness cottage Červený Potok - Králíky - own sauna and heated bathing barrel. Modernly renovated cottage is located at a distance of 3 km from the popular resort of Lower Moravia and provides accommodation for up to 20 people in 4 bedrooms. Cottage is very luxuriously equipped and ready to meet the most demanding requirements of our guests. Finnish hot tub for 8 people equipped with a soothing light program and bubble massage, outdoor Finnish sauna with steam shock for 6 people, changing room and connection to the audio system. The interior also offers a fully equipped kitchen, including an automatic coffee machine, dishwasher, washing machine and large American fridge. In the attic there are 4 tastefully furnished bedrooms with a total of 20 beds, each bedroom can accommodate 5 people. Bedroom equipment includes changing tables for our youngest guests, a bathtub and baby cots, which do not count towards the total number of beds. You will also find a TV, a large wardrobe, a desk and a comfortable chair. The living room has a 160 cm diagonal TV with its own powerful audio system for watching movies. Each room has its own bathroom, ie. shower, washbasin with shelf, toilet, mirror and heating ladder. In one of the rooms there is a spacious bath for 2 persons. On the ground floor you will find another 2 separate toilets. In the building there is a steaming room located in the stone part of the house with its own kitchen facilities, dishwasher, large refrigerator, tapping equipment with the possibility of connecting two barrels at the same time, a grill for preparing various grilled dishes and a very powerful audio system. Each room is equipped with a TV. You will also find a "playroom for older children" with a playstation with many games. In the rear of the house you will find a richly equipped gym. Available outdoor kitchen with tap, built-in gas grill and seating for 20 people. Children's playground with a large sandpit, swing and children's castle. Fully equipped and heated ski / bike room that offers storage racks for your skis and snowboards in winter, including heated ski hooks. In summer, on the contrary, it holds more than 20 bikes in a locked space. The whole building is heated by hot-water underfloor heating connected to the heat pump, where the operation of the entire heating system is completely automatic. In the living area of the house you can look forward to original accumulation tiled stove, which will ensure romantic and cozy moments during long winter evenings. The whole building is protected by a security and CCTV system connected to the central security desk, so it will offer you maximum protection of your property during your absence. In the private parking lot you will find about 10 parking spaces. The cottage can be reached by a paved dirt road, which is maintained in winter. It is a unique property due to its secluded location near a forest near the Morava River, but only 500 meters from the bus stop and the nearest restaurant. This wonderful place is ideal for a family holiday in the middle of beautiful meadows and forests with romantic trips and views of Chlum and Slamnik mountain. Near the cottage there is a ski lift "ventilator" about 3km in the village of Lower Moravia and the renowned Ski Resort Dolni Morava about 5 Km, as well as many marked hiking trails for walking, cycling, cross-country skiing, which are ideal for families with children.
