The luxurious wellness cottage with a sauna and a hot tub is located in the village of Stará Ves, part of the town of Vysoké nad Jizerou. It is located in beautiful nature and on the border of the Giant Mountains and the Jizera Mountains. The cottage offers accommodation for 11 people in four bedrooms (1 double and 3 triple). On the ground floor there is a spacious living room with sofas, a dining table, a modern fully equipped kitchen (dishes, refrigerator, freezer, Krups coffee maker, electric kettle, microwave, dishwasher, hob and oven) and a quality fireplace stove that heats the entire cottage. Absolute comfort is created by the pleasantly radiant heat and the crackling of wood in the Verner stove, which also serves as the primary source of heat for the entire cottage. Thanks to the hot water underfloor heating, a pleasantly warm floor awaits you throughout the cottage. There is also a double bedroom on the ground floor. The ground floor also includes a Finnish sauna made of poplar wood with the option of choosing the temperature, which adds a specific aroma when taking a sauna. From the sauna, there is a beautiful view of the valley with the horizon of the opposite hill, where the Borovice lookout tower majestically sits. The entire ground floor, including the sauna, is wheelchair accessible. There is also a bathroom with a shower, toilet and bathtub. There are three triple bedrooms on the first floor. All bedrooms have heated floors. Temperature comfort is automatically regulated thanks to a large storage tank, which is heated by a fireplace stove on the ground floor. One triple bedroom can be equipped with an extra bed, has a separate bathroom and toilet, and an LG TV with internet connection. Our pride is the game Čamburína, a local board game of the Vysočák people and residents of the surrounding villages. On the first floor there is a third large bathroom with a toilet, two sinks, a bidet and a shower, where there is again a beautiful view of the valley and the Borovice lookout tower. There is Wi-Fi access, a washing machine, a cot and a reading corner with a library. Outside the cottage there is a covered pergola with seating, a garden house for storing bicycles and skis, darts and a Weber gas grill. In the garden it is possible to use a portable fireplace (on request from the owner) with seating on stones, where you can roast sausages. There is also a hot tub with lighting and Jacuzzi massage for relaxing baths with a beautiful view of the opposite hills. It is necessary to order the heating of the tub for a specific hour from the owner at least a day in advance. Parking for 4 cars, 3 of which are directly at the property. In the winter months 4 spaces at a distance of 50 meters from the property (milled road). In the vicinity of the cottage there are opportunities for hiking, cycling, swimming, mushroom picking, cross-country skiing and skiing. There are tennis courts, bowling and a golf course nearby. Swimming options: Jilemnice swimming pool, Aquacentrum Vrchlabí, Jablonec nad Jizerou swimming pool, Jesenny swimming pool. In winter, the proximity of the ski resorts Šachty, Paseky, Rokytnice or Horní Mísečky is an advantage. The Museum of Krkonoše Crafts in Poniklá, the Krkonoše Museum in Jilemnice, the Vysoké nad Jizerou Bikrosova track, Bozkov dolomite caves and Allainova tower attract tourists.
