Wellness cottage with swimming pool - Lanšperk Castle. The cottage is located in a quiet location on the outskirts of the village of Knapovec, part of the city of Ústí nad Orlicí. In the summer you can enjoy the lavender field with 300 bushes every day or relax in the wellness with a sauna, jacuzzi, hot tub and swimming pool. The cottage offers accommodation for 16 people in 3 bedrooms. 1x triple on the ground floor, 1x four-bed upstairs and 1x nine-bed upstairs - in this bedroom there is another floor with mill stairs, where 5 of the nine beds are located. There is a living room, which serves as a common room. There is a sofa, TV, oven and a play corner for children. There is also a fully equipped kitchen (dishes, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven, toaster, microwave, kettle, coffee maker) and a dining table for 10 people. The sanitary facilities include two bathrooms with a sink, shower and toilet. There is also a washing machine, cots and Wi-Fi connection. The heating is electric underfloor. It is possible to heat with wood in the fireplace. Parking is possible directly at the property. You can relax in the USSPA massage whirlpool for 5 - 6 people, in the sauna for 5 - 6 people, there is also a cooling tub and a tub that you can heat with wood. You can also play table tennis or grill something good on the fireplace or on the outdoor grill. In the summer, a swimming pool will be available. A trampoline and swings are prepared for your children. Approximately 200m from the cottage you can use the playground where you can play tennis, football or volleyball. In the winter you can rent the local hall for sports activities. The surroundings are suitable for cycling, hiking, wellness, mushroom picking, inline skating, outdoor and indoor sports. Tips for trips: Ústí nad Orlicí city museum, ruins of Lanšperk castle, summer penguin park, Andrlův chlum lookout tower, ruins of Žampach castle, Letohrad chateau. Swimming options: Ústí nad Orlicí aquapark, Litomyšl swimming pool. There is a ski lift in almost every village, in the vicinity there are several renowned ski resorts and many cross-country trails.
