The luxurious wellness chalet Dája offers perfect relaxation in the heart of the Vysočina region near Pozďatín. This modern property is set directly in the forest by a quiet pond, which guarantees privacy and undisturbed peace. It is ideal for family holidays, wellness stays, corporate teambuildings or romantic weekends, and provides an ideal environment for the regeneration of body and soul far from the hustle and bustle. The chalet provides accommodation for up to 10 guests. On the ground floor you will find an open living area with a dining room and a fully equipped kitchen, with French windows offering a view of the pond. On the first floor there are three separate, air-conditioned bedrooms, each with a double bed with a single bed and one pull-out bed. One of the bedrooms has a glass gable with a view of the pond directly from the bed. In the basement there is a private Finnish sauna with a relaxation area. Sanitary facilities - The chalet has a total of two bathrooms and two separate toilets. On the ground floor you will find a bathroom with a shower, two sinks, a separate toilet and a urinal. On the first floor there is another separate toilet with a sink. In the basement by the sauna there is a shower. Equipment - The cottage is fully equipped for your comfort. The interior equipment includes a modern kitchen with dishes and appliances, a living room with TV, WiFi and a fireplace. The bedroom offers air conditioning and plenty of storage space. The outdoor equipment has a terrace, a hot tub with hydromassage, a fireplace and a fully equipped outdoor kitchen with a fireplace, grill, spit and tap. There is also an outdoor projection screen. Dining options - You can use the fully equipped indoor kitchen or the outdoor kitchen with a grill for meals. For grocery shopping, there are supermarkets and a butcher's in the nearby Náměšť nad Oslavou. You can also find a number of restaurants and breweries in the area for a variety of cuisine. Parking, Access road - A maintained dirt road leads to the cottage. There are 4 parking spaces for cars available directly at the property. For owners of electric cars, there is a charging station with a power of 11 kW. The surroundings of the cottage are ideal for an active and sightseeing holiday. Enjoy cycling on marked trails or hiking. Swimming is possible directly in the pond by the cottage (fishing is not allowed) or in nearby swimming pools.
