Wellness cottage Kouty with sauna and whirlpool - Kouty nad Desnou. Renting 2 cottages for 2 x 11 people, which are separated and rented separately. It is possible to rent both parts of the cottages at once for up to 22 people. Each cottage has its own wellness area with a private hot tub and sauna. Each cottage has 2 bedrooms, one bedroom has two double beds and the other bedroom has two double beds and one single bed, 2 extra beds available. The kitchen is well equipped with all appliances, dishwasher, induction, microwave oven, hood, American fridge, coffee maker, toaster, etc. In the living room there is a television with internet. Seating and a table with six chairs on the terrace. Quality hot tub and Finnish sauna in the basement. Each half of the cottage has three bathrooms - two showers and one bathtub and three toilets, of which two toilets are separate and one is in the bathroom. The floor heating is connected to an electric boiler and a fireplace with an exchanger in the entire building. Parking is for 4 cars in the closed building and another 3 cars can park outside the building behind the fence. The entire plot is fenced, has 1300 m2 and in the lower part each half of the cottage has a separate garden. There are swings and a common garden fireplace for grilling. In the vicinity of the building, hiking, cycling, swimming, mushroom picking, fishing, skiing and cross-country skiing are possible. There is also a golf course nearby. Swimming options include, for example: Domašov - Bělá pod Pradědem swimming pool, Velké Losiny - thermal baths, Velké Losiny thermal swimming pool, Rapotín swimming pool, Karlova Studánka swimming pool, Jeseník swimming pool, Jeseník - Priessnitz pool, Krásné dam, Hynčice pod Sušinou - Úžas pond, swimming pool Šumperk - Bratrušák, Šumperk pool - Aquacentrum, etc. In winter, nearby ski resorts are available: Kouty nad Desnou or, for example, Červenohorské sedlo.
