The luxurious Chata Voda is located on a gentle slope in the small village of Bystřice near the town of Včelákov in the beautiful nature of the Železná hory protected area. Nearby there is also a similarly furnished Chata Les ((č. 9C-194) with a separate driveway to maintain complete privacy. In the nearby area, you can visit open-air museums Betlém Hlinsko or Veselý Kopec. During your stay, you can look forward to beautiful views of the pond, relaxation in the hot tub, cozy bedrooms and a comfortably equipped interior. Chata Voda offers accommodation for 6 people in two identically furnished double bedrooms with an extra bed. Both bedrooms are located upstairs and are dominated by a large round window with a view of nature. There is also a spacious double bed, a special mattress, a sofa bed (for up to 2 people by arrangement), a chest of drawers, a window stool and solar blinds with complete blackout. A cot is available for rent. The bedroom floor is accessed via a designer staircase. Part of the floor is a relaxation corner with an armchair and a lamp, which can be used, for example, as a children's corner. There is also a bathroom with a bathtub with an overflow and a toilet on the floor. Shared moments can be spent on the ground floor in the living room with a fireplace, sofa set and TV with Netflix. The room is connected to a fully equipped kitchen with Gorenje and AEG appliances (Nespresso coffee machine, hob and hood, kettle, microwave oven, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, pots, pans, dishes and cutlery) and a dining table with 6 chairs. There is also a bathroom with shower and toilet on the ground floor. A washing machine is available in the cottage. Throughout the property you will enjoy designer furniture and fittings, paintings, full glass walls with aluminum windows and large format Italian tiles in the bathrooms. Heating is provided by a heat pump providing heat all year round. Air conditioning is also available. In the winter months, you can use infrared heating panels in the bedrooms that can be easily controlled using wall controls, or in the living room you can warm up with a fireplace stove. High-speed WIFI internet connection is available throughout the building. You can sit outside on the spacious terrace. With outdoor seating and a Kedar grill. Part of the terrace is a private jacuzzi with year-round operation. Children can look forward to children's swings, climbing frames and a trampoline. The entire building is fenced and the cottage is surrounded by a grassy garden. You can park directly at the building. Code locks are used to enter the property and the cottage. In the vicinity of the building, hiking, cycling, swimming, mushroom picking, fishing, cross-country skiing and skiing are possible. There are also tennis courts and a golf course nearby.
