The stylishly furnished Apartments Pernek are located in the beautiful countryside of Šumava in the picturesque village of the same name and continue the tradition of the oldest inn, whose roots date back to 1684. Due to the close proximity of the Lipno Dam and the Austrian border, they are an ideal starting point for many activities and trips. The private, enclosed area of Apartments Pernek offers accommodation for 46 people in 8 apartments with their own kitchen, private terrace and bathroom. There are a total of 6 smaller apartments in the first building for 2 to 4 people and 2 three-story apartments located in the next building with a maximum capacity of 10 and 12 people. The names of the apartments refer to nearby historical villages and thus give an interesting tip for trips in the nearby area. The accommodation is also suitable for corporate events, exercise weekends and for weddings and celebrations. DESCRIPTION: The three-storey Apartment Slunečná (188 m2, 6+4, 3 separate bedrooms, 2 kitchens, a pleasant attic with extra beds and a relaxation area) has a double bedroom (1x double bed) on the ground floor, a kitchen with a long dining table and a sofa. There is also a bathroom with a toilet and a shower. On the first floor there is another bedroom designed as a children's room (2x single beds) and a second kitchen with a smaller dining table and a double bed. The floor also includes a bathroom with a shower and a separate toilet. In the attic of the apartment there are two small rooms (4x extra beds solved with smaller, full-size beds, a cozy relaxation corner with armchairs and a desk and a smaller bathroom with a toilet and sink. You can enter the garden directly from the apartment from the ground floor and from the first floor to your own terrace with seating. The apartment has a washing machine. Another three-story Apartment Zvonková (188 m2, 8+4, 4 separate bedrooms, 1 kitchen and a pleasant attic with extra beds) has a spacious kitchen with a large dining table and sofa on the ground floor, a double bedroom (1x double bed) and a bathroom with a shower and toilet. On the first floor there is a luxurious double bedroom (1x double bed) with a free-standing bathtub in the space and a private terrace with seating and a triple bedroom (1x double bed, 1x single bed with the possibility of an additional extra bed). There is separate bathroom with toilet and shower. The attic includes a smaller single bedroom (1x wider single bed) with a desk, an open space (3x extra bed solved by smaller full-size single beds) and a separate toilet. The apartment can also go directly to the garden. Apartment Maňava (53 m2, 4+0, 1 bedroom and living room with kitchen and bed) has one common room, which includes a living area with a dining table, sofa and double bed and a kitchen. There is also one separate double bedroom (1x double bed). The apartment includes a bathroom with toilet and shower. Apartment Dobrá (53 m2, 2+2, 1 bedroom and living room with double bed) has one double bedroom (2x single bed) and 1x double bed in the living area with kitchen. The apartment includes a separate toilet and airy bathroom with sink and shower. Apartments Želnava, Olšina, Pěkná and Bělá (53 m2, 4+0, 2 bedrooms) have the same layout. The apartments have two double bedrooms (1 double bed and 2 single beds). The apartments have a kitchen, a living area with armchairs and a dining table and a bathroom with a shower, toilet and sink. All apartments have a fully equipped kitchen (dishes, refrigerator, microwave, kettle and hob). Apartments Slunečná, Zvonková and Maňava also have a capsule coffee machine (without capsules). Some apartments have their own TV. The rental includes a hairdryer, bed linen, towels, toilet paper and ecological liquid soap. Detergents, sponge and tea towels are available in the kitchen. All apartments have their own outdoor seating area.
