Cottage with apartments in the beautiful nature of the Šumava National Park near the Lipno dam (beaches, fishing and water sports) and cycling trails. Possibility of staying with an infrared sauna. The capacity of the object is up to 21 people in three separately rented apartments. All apartments have their own kitchen, bathroom and terrace with seating. DESCRIPTION: Duplex Apartment C1 3+kk with an infrared sauna has a capacity for 8 people. There are two double bedrooms upstairs (1x double bed with a child's extra bed and 2x single beds) and 2x double beds on a fixed sofa bed and a child's extra bed. Sanitary facilities: on the ground floor 1x separate toilet and upstairs by the bedrooms 1x bathroom with toilet, bathtub and infrared sauna. Apartment C2 2+kk has a capacity for 5 people. There is one double bedroom (1 large double bed and a child's extra bed) and a full-size double bed with a slatted bed and mattress in the living room. Bathroom facilities: 1 separate toilet and 1 bathroom with a bathtub and a walk-in shower. Upon request, accommodation can be arranged in a spacious ground floor apartment D4 3+kk with an infrared sauna and a capacity for 8 people. There is a double bedroom (1 double bed), a four-bed bedroom (1 bunk bed with four beds) and 2 extra beds in the form of a sofa bed in the living room. Bathroom facilities: 2 bathrooms - one with a shower and toilet and the other with a bathtub, 1 separate toilet and an infrared sauna. Children's extra beds in the apartments measure 140 x 70 cm. A cot is also available for rent. Bedding, towels and a hairdryer are available. All apartments are equipped with quality furniture, plenty of storage space, a fireplace, a dining area, a large flat-screen TV that also serves as a multimedia player and a modern kitchen (hob, kettle, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee maker for coffee beans and kitchen utensils). The apartments are heated by underfloor heating. The temperature can be regulated in each room separately. There are also fireplaces. WIFI internet access is provided throughout the building. Outside, each apartment can be sat on a terrace with garden furniture. There is a charcoal grill in the common outdoor area. Parking is possible directly at the apartments in the parking lot in front of the cottage behind the gate. There is a Wallbox for electric vehicles. In the vicinity of the apartments, there is the possibility of hiking, cycling, swimming, fishing, mushroom picking, skiing and cross-country skiing. There is also the possibility of in-line skating, canoeing, paddle boarding, tennis or renting scooters. In the immediate vicinity of the property (approx. 150 m) is the beach at Lipno with a restaurant. Other swimming options include: Chlumský Pond, Olšina Pond, Volary Swimming Pool, Aquapark Frymburk, etc. In the winter, ski areas are available: Hochficht / Smrčina, České Žleby, SKI Libín and others. For trips in the area, the Dobrá voda Lookout Tower, Lipno Treetop Trail, Plešné Lake, Plechý Peak, Medvědí Trail or Schwarzenberg Navigation Canal attract visitors.
