The Pálava apartments are located on the edge of the small wine-growing village of Starovičky - the Krajem André cycle path leads from Hustopečí to Vrbice right next to the property. A place with a beautiful view of Pálava, the local lavender farm and the surrounding countryside. Apartments Pálava provide accommodation for up to 40 people in 8 apartments. DESCRIPTION: A total of 8 apartments 2+kk with five beds and a private sitting area on the terrace in front of the apartment with a view of Pálava and the surrounding area. 8x APARTMENT 2+kk available, 1 bedroom with three beds, hallway with built-in wardrobe, bathroom with toilet and shower, living room with kitchenette, table with chairs and sofa bed 160cm x 200cm. Each apartment includes a parking space right next to the building, a wine box with a selection of wines in our cellar, which is part of the building. All apartments are air-conditioned and equipped with a kitchen (microwave oven, fridge, induction hob, kettle). The apartment includes a bathroom with a toilet and a shower. Each of the apartments has separate heating and a boiler with hot water. Possibility of heating with air conditioning (heat pump air - air) or electric underfloor heating. Under the paving and concrete screed, there is a special healthy infrared film with the possibility to control the temperature of the rooms independently. Free WIFI is available throughout the building. A children's playground is available for children and there is a covered bicycle shed for cyclists. There is also an outdoor covered sitting area with a smokehouse, grill and toilet near the cellar. The apartments are surrounded by cellars and vineyards of local winegrowers with a great family tradition and story. It is a short distance from there to the Nové Mlýny dam, Pálavská vrchy and the Lednicko - Valtické area. The swimming pool is located in neighboring Hustopečy (5 km), Horní Bojanovice (3 km) and Němčičky (8 km). In our village, there are many beautiful places to relax, a sports field with a multifunctional tennis court and a children's playground. There are two pubs, one restaurant and two convenience stores. Near the building there is a large sports field for football, a field for small football, a multifunctional field for tennis and other ball sports with an artificial surface. This sports area also includes a large children's playground with swings, a climbing wall, climbing frames and a sandpit. We look forward to seeing you here.
