Cottage Na Vinařské Stezca with swimming pool, infrared sauna and wine cellar is located in southern Moravia, in the small wine-growing village of Starovičky, where the cycle path leads through the André Region from Hustopečí to Vrbice. It is a fenced building on the outskirts of the village with a garden, seating by the children's corner (swings, sandbox, climbing frames, trampoline), another seating area by the indoor pool, a parking area, a large yard with a fireplace, barbecue and a garage for two cars. There are 2 separate apartments in the building with a total capacity of 16 people (the cottage is rented as a whole to 1 group of clients). Main building with apartment for 10 - 12 people, side building with apartment for 6 - 8 people. A summer kitchen is available at the sitting area, including sanitary facilities, a TV, a fridge and a sofa bed. The cottage for rent provides accommodation for up to 16 people in 5 bedrooms. In the main building by the pool, there are three bedrooms with a total of 10 beds and a cot, as well as a living room with a kitchen, a fireplace and a folding corner sofa for two people. Large bathroom with bathtub, shower and toilet. Utility room with washing machine. There is a new air conditioning unit and a separate toilet in the corridor near the rooms. From the living room there is direct access to the terrace with seating by the pool. In the adjacent building - in the attic, there is a fully equipped air-conditioned apartment 3+kk. The apartment has two bedrooms with 6 beds, a living room with a kitchenette, TV and sofa bed for 2 people, a bathroom with a shower, toilet and washing machine. On the ground floor, a garage for two vehicles, a room with an infrared sauna for 4 people and showers. Furthermore, a summer kitchen with a TV and a sofa bed. The summer kitchen also includes a small bathroom with shower and toilet. There is a wine cellar with seating under the building. From the outdoor part of the shed with seating near the children's corner. There is a sandpit, swings, a climbing frame, a jumping trampoline near the seating area. In the garden in the yard there is a large tennis wall or an area for sports. there is also a large covered swimming pool with dimensions of 8x4x1.6m. there is also a bicycle rental for both small and large cyclists (limited number of bicycles).
