A holiday cottage featuring a hot tub, set in the beautiful natural surroundings of the Jeseníky Protected Landscape Area near Mount Praděd. It is located close to the town of Vrbno pod Pradědem and the spa village of Karlova Studánka, in the Hrubý Jeseník region. The property can accommodate up to 26 guests across 4 bedrooms. Specifically, there are two 8-person bedrooms (each with 1 double bed, 4 single beds, and 2 extra beds), one 4-person bedroom (with 2 single beds and 2 extra beds), and one 6-person bedroom (with 1 double bed, 2 single beds, and 2 extra beds). All bedrooms are furnished in a modern and comfortable style, equipped with high-quality mattresses and bedding, a sofa bed (serving as extra sleeping space), storage, a TV, and an armchair. One of the 8-person bedrooms also includes a refrigerator. A baby cot and a high chair are available upon request. The cottage features a common room with a wood-burning stove, a large fully equipped kitchen (induction hob, oven, refrigerator, microwave, coffee machine, and complete tableware), and a dining area with a corner bench, chairs, and a table. Board games and toys for children are also provided. Bathroom facilities include two bathrooms—each with a sink, shower, and toilet—plus one separate toilet. Towels are available for use. Heating is provided via an underfloor system powered by a heat pump, supplemented by electric heaters; a fireplace insert—located in the kitchen between the bedrooms—offers an additional heating option. Wi-Fi internet access is available throughout the property. The cottage is surrounded by a fenced, grassy garden, featuring a covered terrace for outdoor seating. Guests have access to a fireplace with a grill, as well as a designated fire pit. For relaxation, there is an outdoor hot tub (soaking tub). Children can enjoy a sandbox, a playground, and a trampoline. Parking is available directly on-site, with space for up to seven vehicles. The surrounding area offers opportunities for hiking, cycling, swimming, mushroom picking, fishing, skiing, snowboarding, and cross-country skiing. Tennis courts, a football field, and a riding stable are also located nearby. Swimming options include, for example: the ponds in Vrbno pod Pradědem, the Andělská Hora pond, the swimming pool in Karlova Studánka, the outdoor pools in Město Albrechtice and Bruntál, the wellness center in Bruntál, and the swimming pool in Domašov (Bělá pod Pradědem). Nearby ski resorts include ANNABERG (Andělská Hora), Vraclávek, Karlova Studánka, Kopřivná (Malá Morávka), Praděd–Ovčárna, and others. For excursions in the surrounding area, you might consider visiting Karlova Studánka, Rejvíz, or Mount Praděd—the highest peak in the Hrubý Jeseník mountains. Other options include the observation towers at U Tetřeví chaty and Zlatý Chlum; bike parks such as Dirt Park, Kopřivná, and Kareš; the Ranč Orel Western town; the African Safari Museum in Jelení; the ruins of Fürstenwalde Castle; and Bruntál Castle.
