Its location makes it an ideal place for well-deserved rest, cycling trips and hiking. The cottage provides accommodation for 12 people in five bedrooms. On the ground floor of the building there are 3x 2-bed bedrooms, an equipped kitchen (fridge, microwave, electric kettle, toaster, coffee maker, stove with ceramic hob and dishes) with a tiled stove and dining area, a living room with a sofa bed and TV. In the attic there are 2x 3-bed bedrooms. Each room has its own equipped kitchen (fridge, microwave, electric kettle, toaster, coffee maker, stove with ceramic hob and dishes) and dining area. The property also has a seating area with a bar. A cot and a high chair can be rented on request. The sanitary facilities include: a bathroom with a shower and a separate toilet on the ground floor, a bathroom with a shower, a baby changing table and two separate toilets in the attic. The cottage is heated by an electric boiler and a tiled stove. The property offers free WI-FI internet access. The cottage is surrounded by a fenced grassy garden with parking directly at the property. The garden includes a large covered terrace, a grill, a fireplace, a bicycle shed and a large bathing barrel with the option of heating and light therapy, which is used as an above-ground pool in the summer. The little ones will certainly appreciate the sandbox with toys, a children's wooden house, acacia balance logs, a trampoline or a balance bike. In the vicinity of the cottage there is the possibility of hiking, cycling, swimming, fishing, mushroom picking, cross-country skiing and skiing. Swimming options include: natural reservoirs in Osvětimany, swimming pool in Těmice, swimming pool in Kyjov or aquapark in Uherské Hradiště. In winter, nearby ski resorts are an advantage, such as: Skiarea Osvětimany, Skiarea Stupava and Skiarea Břestek. Trips in the surrounding area are attractive: Chřiby mountains, ruins of Cimburk castle, St. Kliment mountain, Buchlov castle, Buchlovice castle, Milotice castle or the town of Uherské Hradiště.
