On the first floor there is a four-bed bedroom (1 double bed, 2 extra beds in the form of a sofa bed), which is equipped with a fireplace, desk and wardrobe. In the attic there is an eight-bed bedroom (1 double bed, 4 single beds, 2 extra beds in the form of a sofa bed). There is also a fully equipped kitchenette (electric oven, gas stove, induction hob, microwave, kettle, fridge, freezer, coffee maker, toaster, portable beer cooler, dishwasher and dishes) with a dining area and a living room, which is equipped with a sofa with a coffee table, fireplace, TV and minibar. It is possible to go directly from the room to the terrace with seating. You will also appreciate the equipped fitness room and games room with a billiard table, table football and darts. The sanitary facilities include a large bathroom with a bathtub, shower, sink, toilet, hairdryer and washing machine, as well as a separate toilet. The building is heated by radiators, underfloor heating, a fireplace and a hot air distribution system. The building offers free WI-FI internet access. The cottage is surrounded by a garden with parking directly at the building (max. 3 cars). The garden includes an outdoor seating area with a barbecue fireplace and a bar, a projector, an outdoor pool and a stylish sauna with a cooling tub and its own terrace. Athletes will appreciate the basketball court with night lighting, a sunken trampoline and table tennis. You can relax on the terrace with a balcony overlooking the charming pond with running water. By arrangement, it is possible to rent a hookah or arrange for a keg of beer to be brought. The building offers bicycle and ski storage. In the vicinity of the building there are opportunities for hiking, cycling, swimming, skiing, cross-country skiing, fishing or mushroom picking. Swimming options include, for example: Smraďavka swimming pool, Nad Sovínem dam, Osvětimany dam or Jalubí swimming pool. In winter, nearby ski resorts are an advantage, for example: Mendl ski resort, Břestek ski resort, Osvětimany ski resort, Stupava ski resort or Svah Zlín ski resort. Trips in the surrounding area are attractive: Buchlovice chateau, Buchlov castle, Živá voda exposition or Modrá Archeoskanzen, Uherské Hradiště aquapark, Jezera golf course or Nevada Ranch.
