Cottage with a wine cellar in the beautiful surroundings of Moravian vineyards in the village of Blučina near the town of Hustopeče and the Nové Mlýny dam. The capacity of the building is up to 21 people. There are separately rented and stylish apartments and rooms, which are furnished in the highest standard and vintage style, with designer screeds on the floors and in the bathrooms, Grohe thermostatic showers, solid wood furniture, beds made of old beams with high-quality mattresses, mill ceilings, 4K LED TV, WiFi, air conditioning and underfloor heating. Double room František (attic) - 1x double bed. Quadruple room Karolína (attic) - 2x single bed and 1x double bed (possibility of dividing into single beds). Four-bed apartment Viktorie (attic) - 2× single beds and 1× double bed (can be divided into single beds), dining area and kitchen. Four-bed apartment Tereza (attic) - 2× single beds and 1× double bed (can be divided into single beds), dining area and kitchen. Five-bed apartment Milan (1st floor) - 1x double bedroom with a double bed and 1x triple bedroom with a double bed and a single bed. A cot is available for rent. All kitchens have an induction hob with extractor hood, fridge, kettle, microwave and cooking utensils. All apartments and rooms have a private bathroom with a shower, toilet and towels. A large common room with a fireplace and dining seating for up to 50 people is available for all guests, so the accommodation is also suitable for organizing celebrations, weddings and corporate meetings. There is a freely accessible wine cellar with seating. Guided wine tastings with expert commentary can be arranged. The common areas also include a fully equipped kitchen (electric stove, ceramic hob, microwave, kettle, fridge, freezer, coffee maker, dishwasher, dining seating and induction hob). You can sit either on the first floor on the balcony or on the outdoor terrace with a grill. You can enjoy beautiful views of the surrounding nature full of vineyards. There is a bicycle storage room. Parking is available directly at the property (10 parking spaces). Hiking, cycling, swimming, fishing and mushroom picking are possible in the area around the cottage. Nearby are tennis courts, a golf course, a riding stable, bowling, fitness and wellness. Directly above the cellar, a hiking trail leads to the lookout tower (approx. 3 km). In the village of Blučina, there is a multi-purpose sports hall, an indoor swimming pool with a gym and a sauna. Behind the indoor swimming pool is a pond. There is a cycle path in the village, which can take you all the way to Vienna. It is only 15 km to Brno. Swimming options include: swimming pool directly in Blučina, Hustopeče Swimming Pool, Starý Lískovec, Juliánov Swimming Pool, Aqualand Moravia, etc. For trips in the surrounding area, the Castle Park in Židlochovice, the Benedictine Monastery Rajhrad, the Mound of Peace with a monument, the Bošovice Zoo with several species of parrots, the Moravian Karst Protected Area, the Pálava Protected Area, Mikulov, the Lednice-Valtice Area (UNESCO), Moravský Krumlov Castle, the Olympia Park amusement park or the historical center of Brno.
