The capacity of the cottage is up to 22 people in 6 bedrooms - the cottage is designed as a semi-detached cottage, which has 2 separate parts with their own entrance: Cottage Jih has a capacity of up to 11 people (10 beds + 1 extra bed) in 3 bedrooms and Cottage u lesa also has a capacity of up to 11 people (10 beds + 1 extra bed) in 3 bedrooms. The cottage can be rented as a whole or both parts completely separately. For children, there is a playground with swings and a trampoline near the cottage. Both cottages have the same layout. Each of them has 1 double bedroom on the ground floor and 2 four-bed bedrooms on the floor. All bedrooms have single beds, which can be combined into a double bed upon request. A cot is available for rent. On the ground floor, you can spend time together in the living room with a comfortable sofa (extra bed available), TV with SAT, dining area and fully equipped kitchen (hob, electric oven, microwave, kettle and fridge with freezer). Cottage No. 2 also has a coffee maker. The sanitary facilities in each cottage include two bathrooms with a shower and toilet, one on the ground floor and the other on the first floor. Heating is provided by a heating foil powered by solar panels. An electric boiler is used to heat the water. The water is potable, connected to the Sachova Studánka well. WIFI internet access is available throughout the building. Both cottages have a separate terrace with seating. For all guests on the common property there is a grill, fireplace, relaxation area with a hot tub and an outdoor pool. For moments of fun there are bowling alleys. The little ones will enjoy the playground with a sandpit, climbing frames, slide, swing and trampoline. There are also three sheep walking by the cottage, which can be fed after agreement with the children. Parking is available directly at the property. There are 4 parking spaces available with a wallbox for charging electric cars at each cottage. In the vicinity of the cottage there is the possibility of hiking, cycling, swimming, fishing, mushroom picking, fishing, in-line skating, skating, skiing and cross-country skiing. There are also tennis courts, a riding stable, bowling and wellness. Swimming options include: the closest is the Horní Bečva Dam (also a natural hockey field in winter), the Bečva biotope swimming pool, the Velké Karlovice thermal pools, the Velké Karlovice swimming pool, the Hutisko-Solanec swimming pool, the Velké Karlovice Water World Aquapark, etc. In the immediate vicinity there are several ski areas and slopes - Ski Sachovka + rental, SKI Kubiška, SKI Rališka, SKI Kocianka and others. Cross-country skiing trails lead directly under the cottage. For trips in the area, the Miloňová Lookout Tower, the Wallachian Open Air Museum in Rožnov pod Radhoštěm, Radhošť Mountain (1129m above sea level), the seat of the god Radegast, Gibon Park Rožnov p. R., the Trojanovice Rope Centre or the Kněhyně - Čertův mlýn Nature Reserve attract visitors. We look forward to seeing you there.
