Cottage with swimming pool and sauna Vysočina, located near the village of Štoky and Lipnice Castle. The cottage can accommodate up to 16 people in 4 bedrooms. The bedrooms are equipped with single beds with the possibility of connecting them. If necessary, we will prepare a cot for you. The cottage has a common room with a fireplace, a comfortable sofa and a TV. The fully equipped kitchen includes dishes, a refrigerator, a freezer, an electric stove with an oven, a dishwasher, an electric kettle, a toaster, a toaster, a microwave, a coffee maker and a dining area. The sanitary facilities include two bathrooms, one with a bathtub, the other with a shower and two separate toilets. You can use a washing machine and a dryer in the technical room. The building is heated by radiators, underfloor heating, a fireplace with a warm air distribution system. Wi-Fi connection is also available. If interested and by agreement, we will be happy to prepare hot lunches and dinners for you. In the garden there is a covered terrace with seating, a fireplace, a swimming pool, a Finnish sauna (for a fee), sun loungers and also enough space for football, volleyball, badminton or petanque. Parking is available directly at the property for 5 cars. If you want to enjoy the surroundings, we recommend that you take your bikes and ride through the beautiful nature of the Highlands. You can stop at the nearby Hubertka pond, and families with children will enjoy the nearby playground. It is interesting to visit the Budoucnost Park with a permanent exhibition of paintings by the painter Otakar Štáfl, preserved city fortifications and statues of important personalities. We also recommend the Vysočina Museum, a trip to the Lipnice State Castle and Úsobí Chateau. In the winter months you can enjoy winter sports in the Vysoká ski area. Other tips for trips: the ruins of Ronovec Castle, Světlá nad Sázavou Chateau, Rosička Lookout Tower, Jihlava Zoo.
