Luxuriously furnished cottage with swimming pool and jacuzzi is located in a quiet part of the village of Rejhotice near the village of Loučná nad Desnou in the beautiful natural landscape of Hrubý Jeseník. Loučná and the nearby Červenohorské sedlo are ideal starting points for a number of hiking and cycling routes. In winter, the advantage is the close proximity to ski areas (approx. 250 m from the cottage). The cottage offers accommodation for 13 people in 4 bedrooms located upstairs. In total, there is a double bedroom (2x single bed + cot), two four-bed bedrooms (1x double bed and 1x bunk bed) and a three-bed bedroom (2x single beds and 1x shortened bed 170 cm suitable as an extra bed). On the ground floor there is a living room with a corner sofa, fireplace, armchair, rocking chair, TV and a children's corner with lots of toys, dolls, stuffed animals, fairy-tale costumes and a small table football. Furthermore, on the ground floor there is a separate fully equipped kitchen (electric stove with oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster and toaster). Adjacent to the kitchen is a dining room with a corner bench and a folding table. The sanitary facilities include 2 bathrooms with sink, shower and toilet on the ground floor and 1 separate toilet, and 1 separate toilet on the first floor. There is a washing machine and towels. You must have your own towels. Heating is provided by an electric boiler. WIFI internet access is available throughout the property. The cottage is located on a fenced plot. The garden includes a covered outdoor seating area in a pergola with a fireplace, grill and a small kitchenette with a refrigerator. Next to the pergola is a hot tub, a hanging rocking chair and a 6x3m swimming pool with a roof, deck chairs and a shower. There is also seating by the fireplace and a sandbox, trampoline, slide and swing for children. Darts and ping pong are available for fun. Parking is available directly at the property in the parking lot by the access road. Hiking, cycling, swimming, mushroom picking, skiing and cross-country skiing are possible in the vicinity of the property. Tennis courts and a riding stable are nearby. The village of Loučná includes a wellness centre, swimming pool, mountain mini-karts, scooters, bungee trampolines, a sports field, an outdoor gym, a gym, disc golf, bowling and many other activities. Swimming options include: Velké Losiny Termály, Velké Losiny thermal swimming pool, Rapotín swimming pool, Krásné dam, Šumperk - Bratrušák swimming pool, Šumperk - Aquacentrum swimming pool, Karlova Studánka swimming pool, Jeseník swimming pool, etc. On hot summer days, a walk to the Desná River, which flows almost behind the cottage, will refresh you. In winter, nearby ski resorts are available: OAZA Loučná nad Desnou, Kouty - mountain entertainment and sports center, Červenohorské sedlo, Kareš - Kouty nad Desnou, Přemyslov Ski Resort and others. The surrounding area attracts visitors with its Kocián Complex - skiing, playground, minigolf and skatepark, as well as the Dlouhé stráně Pumped Storage Hydroelectric Power Plant, the Kouty Complex - the longest scooter descent (17 km), bike park, Velké Losiny - thermal baths, chateau and Hand Paper Mill, or the Hanušovice and Praděd Brewery Museum.
