The property accommodates up to 22 guests across four separately rentable apartments (capacities of 6, 3, 6, and 7). The entire cottage can also be rented as a single unit. It is an ideal destination for those who appreciate peace, nature, and the comforts of home. DESCRIPTION: Apartment No. 1 (sleeps 6) – one 4-person bedroom (1 double bed + 2 extra beds/sofa bed) and one 2-person bedroom (2 single beds); Apartment No. 2 (sleeps 3) – one 3-person bedroom (3 single beds); Apartment No. 3 (sleeps 6) – one 4-person bedroom (1 double bed + 2 extra beds/sofa bed) and one 2-person bedroom (2 single beds); and Apartment No. 4 (sleeps 7) – one 3-person bedroom (1 double bed and 1 single bed) and one 4-person bedroom (2 single beds and 2 extra beds/sofa bed). Apartments No. 1, No. Apartments 2 and 3 share a fully equipped kitchen (hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, kettle, dishes, cooking utensils, cleaning supplies, etc.) and a common room for approximately 20 people, featuring a seating area and a wood-burning stove. Apartment 4 has its own separate, fully equipped kitchen. All apartments are equipped with a TV. Each apartment includes a bathroom with a shower and a toilet. A washing machine is available for use. Heating is provided by an electric boiler and the wood-burning stove in the common room. Wi-Fi internet access is available throughout the property. The cottage is surrounded by a grassy garden. Outdoor seating is available on the terrace, along with a barbecue grill and a fire pit. Parking is available directly on-site. The surrounding area offers opportunities for hiking, cycling, swimming, mushroom picking, and fishing. Tennis courts and a golf course are located nearby. Swimming options include, for example, Zvůle Pond, Rudolec Pond, Horní Žišpašský Pond, Komorník Pond, the Dačice outdoor pool, and others. Nearby ski resorts include Hradiště – Nová Bystřice, Mrákotín, Čihadlo, and others. Local attractions perfect for excursions include the "Devil's Ass" (Ďáblova prdel) rock formation, the U Jakuba Lookout Tower, the maze in the U Jakuba forest park, the Czech Canada Nature Park, the Stožec rocky viewpoint, Dačice Castle, Jindřichův Hradec Castle, the Jindřichův Hradec – Nová Bystřice narrow-gauge railway, and the historic town center of Telč (a UNESCO site).
