The property accommodates up to 6 guests across two bedrooms (4+2). DESCRIPTION: A comfortably furnished, all-timber cottage with a modern, Nordic-style interior. It includes one spacious four-bed bedroom (featuring four high-quality, handcrafted wooden single beds) and one cozy double bedroom (with one double bed) that boasts a panoramic window offering views of the surrounding nature and Landštejn Castle. The bedrooms are situated in the attic, accessible via a sturdy, solid-wood staircase. The centerpiece of the cottage is a bright, spacious living room that opens onto a large, south-facing terrace. Expansive windows connect the interior with the natural surroundings, creating an inviting space for socializing, relaxation, or quiet evenings. The living room is furnished with a sofa set, a coffee table, and a TV. The ground floor also houses a fully equipped kitchen (complete with a Swiss coffee machine, microwave, refrigerator, cooktop, and electric kettle), along with a dining area. Bathroom facilities include a ground-floor bathroom with a shower and a separate toilet; the bathroom is equipped with a heated towel rail. Heating is provided by a stylish red stove inspired by Nordic design. The stove is highly efficient, capable of warming the entire space quickly and comfortably, ensuring a cozy atmosphere even on colder days. Wi-Fi internet access is available throughout the property. The cottage is situated on a large grassy plot surrounded by forest. The exterior features a spacious, south-facing terrace overlooking the greenery, offering complete privacy. You can also relax in the garden, where a fire pit with solid oak seating is available; firewood is provided for guests. For those who enjoy traditional smoking, a smokehouse is also at your disposal. You can look forward to relaxing in peace among the trees in a heated wooden hot tub—perfect for unwinding in the evening under the stars. Parking is available directly on the cottage grounds, and an electric vehicle charger can be used upon prior arrangement. The surrounding area offers opportunities for hiking, cycling, swimming, mushroom picking, fishing, downhill skiing, and cross-country skiing. Tennis courts and a golf course are also located nearby. Swimming options include, for example: the natural swimming area at Staré Město pod Landštejnem, the Upper and Lower Žišpašský ponds, Osika Pond, Zvůle Pond, Rudolecký Pond, Důlek Pond, and the aquapark in Jindřichův Hradec. Nearby ski resorts include Hradiště–Nová Bystřice and Mrákotín. The surrounding area offers many great destinations for excursions, such as the Renaissance town of Slavonice, the Mnišský Pond natural monument, the chateaus of Český Rudolec and Dačice, and the historic town centers of Telč (a UNESCO World Heritage site) and Jindřichův Hradec.
