It is possible to rent the entire building to 1 group of people in private, or to rent 3 apartments separately. There are 3 apartments in the main part of the building. 1st apartment (1+1) is for four people (+possible child up to 4 years old), 2nd apartment (1+kk) is for two adults (+possible child up to 4 years old), 3rd apartment (2+1 ) is for up to 8 people. 4th apartment by agreement (occasionally used by the owner). Accommodation is also possible in a separate part of the building with its own separate entrance in a 1+kk for up to 3 people and a child, here an animal is possible upon agreement. Pets are not allowed in the first three apartments (due to possible allergies of guests staying here). All apartments have their own equipped kitchenette and private bathroom. The building is heated by a heat pump. Parking right next to the cottage. In the garden there is a small playground, a fireplace, sitting under a shelter, a small pool in the summer. There are a large number of marked hiking and cycling routes in the vicinity. Popular excursion destinations include the Kozákov lookout, Valdštejn Castle, Trosky, Hrubá Skála Castle, Malá Skála, and the ruins of Rodštejn Castle. The surroundings offer opportunities for swimming, for example, at the swimming pools in Turnov, at the Mirror Goat in Jizera in Běla. Skiers will certainly appreciate the proximity of the ski resort Struhy 0.5 km, Kozákov 11 km, Ještěd 30 km, Rokytnice nad Jizerou 40 km. Cyclists can choose from many cycle routes through the entire Bohemian Paradise with many monuments. We look forward to seeing you here.
