Our cottage is located on the absolutely peaceful edge of the picturesque mountain village of Dobřany in the Orlické Mountains, thus providing you with total privacy and peace. However, there is excellent access to all the surrounding ski areas and tourist facilities. The cottage has 3 floors. On the ground floor there are 2 living rooms, each with its own kitchenette. First the room is extremely spacious: a fully equipped kitchenette (ceramic hob and oven, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, dishwasher, kettle, toaster), tiled stove, dining table, sofa and TV + SAT. Second room: kitchenette, dining table and seating area. The first floor is accessible by two stairs directly from the two rooms and consists of 6 bedrooms: 2x 2-bedded, 2x 3-bedded (double bed and single bed) and 2x 4-bedded (1x 1x double bed and 2x single bed). One 4-bedded bedroom is a 3-bed dormitory, all other bedrooms are separate. There are up to 7 extra beds available in the attic. The property has a total of 4x bathroom with shower and 5x toilet, on the ground floor there is a separate toilet, bathroom with shower, urinal and other toilet. Upstairs there is a bathroom with toilet available on the upper floor, another bathroom with toilet is part of a 2-bed bedroom and the last bathroom and toilet is part of a 4-bed bedroom. It is possible to use the washing machine and baby cot. The heating is provided by an electric boiler with a heat distribution to radiators and a tiled stove in the room. The cottage has its own wellness: on the ground floor of the cottage whirlpool bath, in the garden house sauna, rest room and chiller. The cottage has a terrace, garden furniture, fireplace with sitting, heated pool (7.5m x 3.7m, depth 1.22m), pergola, outdoor fireplace, grill and playground. Around the cottage there is a free area, parking right next to the building. The whole building is exceptionally luxuriously equipped. We believe that you will like us and would like to return to us, because you will always get something extra. In Dobřany you can use the local shop, tennis courts and a beautiful children's playground. Of course there are adjacent hiking trails for both hiking and biking. The area's surrounding area is quite varied. From the Opočno Castle, through the beautiful swimming pool and the indoor swimming pool in Dobruška to the historic fortifications and castle ruins right in Dobřany.
