Cottage U pštrosa with a pool in the garden is located in the village of Sněžné in Orlické hory - accommodation suitable especially for families with children. The surroundings offer plenty of opportunities for walks in beautiful, clean nature. In winter, it is ideal to go cross-country skiing in the surrounding hills or use the lifts in Olešnice in Orlické hory, Sedloňov and Deštné. In the summer, there are plenty of cycle routes or walks through beautiful nature in the vicinity. Chalupa U pštrosa provides accommodation for up to 18 people in 5 bedrooms. DESCRIPTION: Ground floor - Room No. 1 for 3 persons (1 x double bed, 1 x single bed, toilet and bathtub). First floor - Room No. 2 for 5 people (1 x double bed, 1 x single bed, 1 x bunk bed, toilet, shower). Room No. 3 for 5 people (1 x double bed, 3 x single beds, toilet, shower). Room No. 4 for 2 persons + 2 children (1 x double bed, 1 x cot 120 cm, 1 x cot 140 cm, toilet, shower). Room No. 5 for 3 persons + 1 child (1 x double bed, 1 x single bed, 1 x cot 160 cm, toilet, shower, kitchenette - small fridge, cooker, microwave oven, kettle). Main large kitchen with basic equipment (large fridge, dishwasher, toaster, toaster, microwave, blender, combination stove, spices, kettle for the stove). Social facilities: Ground floor: 1 x bathroom with bathtub, 2 x toilets. First floor: 4 x separate toilet, 4 x bathroom with shower. Heating: Gas boiler - propane tank is on the property. Fireplace with wood heat exchanger - wiring throughout the cottage. Possibility to use the combination of gas + wood heating, especially in colder seasons. Entrance hall with a small infrared sauna and board games. Parking right next to the building for 4 - 5 cars. You can also use the municipal parking area opposite the cottage - you turn off to the building directly from the access municipal road. At the cottage there is a pergola with seating, two large tables with benches, a swing and a gas grill. In addition, a swimming pool with sand filtration 0.9 m x 3.5 m, a fireplace with seating, a children's climbing frame, a playground with 2 swings, a sandpit and toys. The equipment of the cottage is already older and has a history behind it, but we are gradually changing everything. Upstairs they throw the floors at us. Most of the land around the cottage is not fenced - the border of the land is mostly a hedge - spruce trees. We don't have slippers at the cottage - you have to bring your own. In the vicinity - excursions: Remains of Dobřany Castle, ZOO Dvur Králové, Masaryk's cottage Šerlich, Cable car to the enchanted hill of Říčky, Rope park Říčky, Museum of the Merkur kit in Polici nad Metují, Babiččino údolí in Ratibořice. Swimming pools: Bystré, Deštné in Orlické hory, Dobruška, Opočno, Náchod, Rozkoš dam and Aquapark Kudova Zdroj in Poland.
