A semi-timbered cottage featuring a sauna and an outdoor swimming pool, set in a beautiful natural landscape near the villages of Sněžné and Bystré—within the recreational area of ​​Deštné v Orlických horách, home to the region's highest peak, Velká Deštná. The cottage accommodates up to 16 guests across 5 bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom and toilet. The sleeping arrangements consist of one 5-person bedroom (two double beds and one single bed), two 2-person bedrooms (each with one double bed), one 3-person bedroom (one double bed and one single bed), and one 4-person bedroom (two double beds). Every bedroom is equipped with its own TV and an en-suite bathroom featuring a sink, shower, toilet, underfloor heating, and a heated towel rail. Bed linen, towels, and toiletries are provided. A baby cot and a high chair are available upon request. The interior of this semi-timbered cottage blends a rustic, traditional style with modern comfort. A spacious common room—complete with a fireplace stove, dining area, comfortable seating, and a children’s play corner—offers the perfect setting for relaxation. Adjoining this space is a fully equipped kitchen (featuring a glass-ceramic cooktop, oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, electric kettle, Nespresso capsule coffee machine, dishwasher, extractor hood, and all necessary kitchenware). There is a separate toilet located near the common room. Guests can relax in the sauna. Wi-Fi internet access is available throughout the property. Heating is provided via underfloor heating and a wood-burning stove. A washing machine, tumble dryer, and a dryer for ski boots and regular footwear are available. Outside, the cottage is surrounded by a grassy garden, featuring a covered gazebo for seating. A grill, fireplace, and fire pit are also provided. In warm weather, guests can enjoy the outdoor swimming pool. For children, there is a playground equipped with a climbing frame, swings, and a slide, as well as a trampoline. Parking is available directly on-site, with space for 6 vehicles. The surrounding area offers opportunities for hiking, cycling, swimming, mushroom picking, downhill skiing, and cross-country skiing. Nearby, you will also find a ropes course, 18-hole adventure golf, footgolf, and rentals for bicycles, e-bikes, off-road go-karts, and ATVs. Other amenities include a pump track, an outdoor workout area, rentals for scooters and off-road scooters, air-rifle shooting, a multi-purpose sports court (suitable for tennis, football-tennis, volleyball, floorball, and football), and a gym (for basketball and table tennis). Forests and meadows, accessible to the public, are located in the immediate vicinity of the cottage. Swimming options include, for example: the Bystré outdoor pool, the Deštné v Orlických horách swimming pool, the Dobré outdoor pool, the Dobruška swimming pool, the Dobruška outdoor pool, the Nové Město nad Metují swimming pool, and the Hroška outdoor pool. Nearby ski resorts and areas include Sedloňov, Olešnice v Orlických horách, Nový Hrádek – Panská Stráň, Deštné – Na Špičáku, Deštné v Orlických horách, Šerlišský mlýn, and others.
