Family cottage in the foothills of the Orlické Mountains near the Deštné v Orlické Mountains area. The cottage can accommodate up to 12 people in 5 bedrooms. In the garden there is a seating area, a fireplace, relaxation for children (sandbox, swings) and a flowing mountain stream. Suitable for families with children, groups of friends, cyclists, tourists, mushroom pickers, cross-country skiers, skiers - year-round operation. The cottage provides accommodation for 12 people in 5 bedrooms. On the ground floor there is a triple bedroom (1 bunk bed, 1 single bed) and an extra bed in the form of a sofa bed for two people in the living room. On the first floor there is a triple bedroom (1 double bed, 1 single bed) and 2 double bedrooms (1 double bed). Furthermore, on the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchenette (electric oven, ceramic hob, microwave, kettle, fridge, freezer and dishes) with a dining area, a living room with a sofa, fireplace and TV and a utility room with a washing machine and dryer. On the first floor there is a common room with table tennis and darts. The sanitary facilities include a bathroom with a bathtub, sink and separate toilet on the ground floor and a bathroom with a shower, sink and separate toilet on the first floor. The cottage is heated by a fireplace stove with an exchanger. The cottage is surrounded by a garden with parking directly at the property (max. 5 cars). The garden includes a terrace, grill, fireplace, sandpit and children's playground. There is a lockable storage room for bicycles and skis. In the vicinity of the cottage there is the possibility of hiking, cycling, swimming, skiing, cross-country skiing, fishing and mushroom picking. Swimming options include: a mountain stream right in the garden, the Rozkoš dam, the Česká Skalice swimming pool, the Nahořany swimming pool or the Nové Město nad Metují swimming pool. In winter, nearby ski resorts are an advantage, for example: the Deštné v Orlických horách ski area or the Zdobnice ski center. Trips in the surrounding area are attractive: the peat bog under Zieleńcem, the Bukačka national nature reserve, the Masaryk cottage on Šerlich, the Church of St. Matthew and the Dvůr Králové nad Labem Zoo.
