Fun and Relax cottage with a hot tub in the Suchý Vrch – Buková Hora Nature Park in the Orlické Mountains. The cottage offers 2 apartments with a total capacity of up to 20 people (10 + 10 people). You have at your disposal: Spacious terrace with barbecue, seating and a view of the landscape, Children's playground in the garden, Hot tub with a view of the valley for each apartment, Roofed bicycle shed, Electrical connection next to the parking spaces where you can charge your electric car, Spacious fenced garden. The superiorly equipped cottage is divided into two completely separate parts - the Fun and Relax apartments. These apartments are entered from a common hallway, which is connected to a common ski room. On the second floor above ground there is a spacious games room, in which you can unlock the connecting door and connect both apartments in this way. Each apartment consists of: four bedrooms, three bathrooms, a spacious living room and a fully equipped kitchen. The RELAX apartment has a home Finnish sauna for 5 people with a relaxation room. The FUN apartment has a spacious 45 m2 games room equipped with a ping-pong table, a 164 cm TV and darts. The games room has an Xbox 2020 game console. The games room can be transformed into a conference room for 20 people in a few minutes! Folding tables and chairs are available in a built-in wardrobe right in the games room. The games room is also equipped with a small kitchenette. Relax apartment (1 - 10 people) with 4 bedrooms, 3 x double rooms, 1 x family room with 4 beds, 3 x bathrooms with toilets, 1 x separate toilet, kitchen, living room with fireplace, Finnish sauna, ski storage room. The bedroom on the lower floor is wheelchair accessible. Apartment FUN (1 - 10 people) with 4 bedrooms, 3 x double rooms, 1 x family room with 4 beds, 3 x bathrooms with toilets, 1 x separate toilet, kitchen, living room with fireplace, spacious herma, ski room. The bedroom on the lower floor is wheelchair accessible. Equipment - Kitchen: dishwasher, induction hob, electric oven, extractor hood (all Bosch A+). Spacious fridge and freezer. The ski room with a boot dryer is located at the common entrance and serves both apartments. Heating: Underfloor heating with a heat pump, fireplace, air recovery. Parking is free on four parking spaces directly at the cottage. If you need more parking space, you can use the free parking lot of the Ski Area, approximately 150 m away. The ski area also has a snow park, ski and snowboard school, ski kindergarten, ski and snowboard rental. There are also dozens of kilometers of machine-groomed cross-country trails in the area of Buková hora, Červenovodské sedlo, Suchý vrch,...
