A family holiday cottage with an outdoor swimming pool, located near the town of Králíky and the mountain resorts of Buková hora and Dolní Morava—an area situated on the border of the Eagle Mountains (Orlické hory) and the Jeseníky Mountains. The property accommodates up to 12 guests across 3 bedrooms. It offers comfortable, modernly furnished lodging, featuring a swimming pool, a covered terrace, a children’s playroom, and an outdoor playground. Sleeping arrangements include: one triple bedroom (1 double bed + 1 extra bed via a sofa bed), one quadruple bedroom (1 double bed + 2 single beds), and one double bedroom (1 double bed). Additionally, there are extra sleeping spaces available via sofa beds in the children’s playroom (2 spots) and the living area (1 spot). A baby cot and a high chair are available for use. The cottage includes a cozy common room—equipped with a dining table for 12, a sofa, and a TV with internet access—as well as a fully equipped kitchen (2 refrigerators with freezers, a cooktop, a range hood, an oven, a dishwasher, a microwave, and an air fryer). Upon request, beer and non-alcoholic beverages (including a cooling system) can be provided. The children’s playroom contains a sofa, a TV, a toy kitchen, various toys, a small table, and child-sized chairs. For entertainment, guests can also enjoy table tennis and table football. Wi-Fi internet access is available throughout the property. There are two bathrooms, each equipped with a toilet and a shower; one of the bathrooms also contains a washing machine. An ample supply of hot water is provided by two combination water heaters. The property is heated via an underfloor heating system connected to a gas boiler. The cottage is situated on a fenced plot featuring a grassy garden, with a covered terrace available for outdoor seating. A grill and a fire pit are provided for guest use. In warm weather, there is an above-ground outdoor swimming pool. For children, the property offers swings, climbing frames, a slide, a sandbox, and a trampoline. Parking is available directly on-site. The surrounding area offers opportunities for hiking, cycling, swimming, mushroom picking, fishing, downhill skiing, and cross-country skiing. Nearby amenities include tennis courts, a rope park, a riding stable, and a bobsleigh track. At the Pastviny Reservoir, you can rent boats and pedal boats.
