Cottage Kunčinka - Zdobnice - Kuncina Ves. Newly renovated and luxuriously furnished holiday cottage with sauna Kunčinka stands in the small village Kunčina Ves near the ski resort Zdobnice in the heart of the Eagle Mountains. It provides cozy accommodation for families with children and all other age groups throughout the year. On the ground floor of the cottage there is a spacious sitting room with fully equipped kitchen, seating for 14 persons, sofa, TV, tiled stove with oven and play corner for children, bathroom and toilet, WIFI. Guests have a sauna for about 7 people with shower and toilet, bike room, ski room and wine bar with seating for 10 people, bar and cooler for beer barrels. On the 1st floor there are 4 spacious bedrooms for 17 persons (with 2 extra beds) - 1st room: 5-6 pers., 1x double bed, 3x single bed + possibility of one extra bed., 2nd room: 3 pers., 1x double bed and 1x single bed, 3. room: 4 pers., 1x double bed, 1x bunk bed (200x80cm), 4. room: 5-6 pers., 1x double bed, 3x single bed + possibility of one extra bed, bathroom and 2x separate WC. For the smallest customers there is a portable baby cot, dining chair, changing pad, potty other small items for maximum comfort. Heating is solved by heat pump, throughout the ground floor is underfloor heating, upstairs are radiators. It is also possible to flood in a tiled stove and relax in the oven. The cottage includes an outdoor seating area with gas grill with the possibility of renting barbecue equipment, fireplace, playground with sandpit, climbing frame and trampoline and playground for volleyball, netball or badminton. Parking is available in the parking lot directly at the cottage (6 parking spaces). In winter, we recommend snow chains with more snow. The cottage is located in a remote area and is surrounded by a large meadow and adjacent forest. Enjoy panoramic views of the surrounding countryside, romantic walks in the surrounding area and mushroom pickers. Hiking and cycling enthusiasts can look forward to a number of hiking trails and a network of cycle paths in the area. Children can enjoy winter sleigh rides near the cottage, adults and older children can use the offer of several ski resorts and choose from a number of cross-country trails. The best accessible ski resort is Zdobnice about 800 m from the cottage (the upper station of the lift Valčenka, accessible by car or on foot). It offers 3 ski lifts, a ski school, ski equipment hire, snacks and a children's play area.
