Cottage Modřín - Horní Maršov - Giant Mountains. In the Giant Mountains, in Horní Maršov, we have prepared accommodation in the traditional Krkonoše style. Newly built cottage Modřín is equipped with stylish wooden furniture and blacksmith accessories. The pleasant atmosphere is enhanced by traditional loft and larch floors on the upper floor. There is a TV and wireless WiFi internet connection. We have enriched the traditional Krkonoše cottage with modern heating and regulation technologies. The cottage is rented as a whole and offers accommodation in traditional Krkonose style for up to 20 people in 4 rooms. The spacious room offers a quiet seating area under the wooden ceilings and evokes a relaxed and laid back atmosphere. It is equipped with high-quality tiled stoves, which will light up and warm the room even in the biggest frosts. Handles and clothes dryers are placed around the stove. The kitchen seamlessly connects to the room and allows the chef to have a pleasant contact with friends at the table. It is fully and modernly equipped. Fridge, dishwasher, oven, ceramic hob, high-quality press, kettle, 16 sets of dishes, pots and glass. In the attic are four bedrooms with a total capacity of 16 beds, plus the possibility of 2-4 persons on extra beds. Available 3x room for 4 persons (2x double bed) and 1 additional 4-bed room with double bed and 2 single beds. HAMBÁLKA can be equipped with several extra beds suitable for a group of restless children. Cots are also available. There is a spacious children's playroom on the chips. Behind the main entrance is a corridor with benches and clothes racks. Next to the hall is a storage room for skis, boots and bikes. It is also ready to dry wet things. There is also a spacious pantry for storing food in the hallway. At the bottom of the cottage is a bathroom with toilet and spacious shower. On the upper floor there is a second bathroom with a freestanding bathtub and a separate toilet. The whole cottage can be heated with a tiled stove. Underfloor heating is installed in the room, hall, ski room and bathrooms. Very practical and pleasant when returning from bad weather. The rooms are equipped with radiators. Bathrooms are also equipped with electric. ladders for towels. All rooms are individually adjustable. The settings are solved individually according to the wishes of customers. Parking: 4 - 5 cars, directly on the property and under the supervision of cameras. The cottage is situated on the outskirts of the village. Asphalt road leads to it. In the winter months maintained daily. When building the cottage we used traditional methods and local materials, which we enriched with modern technology. We put great emphasis on quality and tastefully processed details that evoke the cozy and pleasant atmosphere of a mountain cottage. The surrounding area invites for an active holiday. We are located directly on the border of the Giant Mountains National Park. Bicycles, hiking, skiing are activities to which the surroundings are tempting. We will satisfy even those of you who are content with peaceful walks in the surroundings, picking mushrooms or forest crops. Nearby is a swimming pool (Janske Lazne, Pec, or Trutnov), Relax park in Pec pod Snezkou, Rope centers in Pec and Janske Lazne. Horní Maršov is the starting point for the mountains. The trips will take you to Pec pod Sněžkou, Černá hora, Pomezní Boudy, Růžová hora and Sněžka. ZOO - Dvur Kralove nad Labem 35 Km. The location of the cottage offers you the choice between two top resorts in the winter months. Janske Lazne with ski resort on Cerna Hora and Pec pod Snezkou. Both are 7 km away and are combined into one resort called Skiresort MONTENEGRO - PEC. It offers 40.2 km of slopes and 84 km of groomed cross-country trails.
