We have been living in the Giant Mountains for 20 years and we have decided to offer you accommodation in the traditional Krkonoše style. During the construction, we used traditional techniques and local materials that we have enriched with modern technology. We put great emphasis on quality and tastefully crafted details that inspire the cozy and pleasant atmosphere of a mountain cottage. The cottage provides accommodation for up to 12 people in 3 bedrooms. The spacious lounge offers a quiet seating under the wooden ceilings and creates a relaxed and carefree atmosphere. It is equipped with high-quality tile stoves that illuminate and heat the room even in the frosts. Around the stove are placed handles and clothes dryers. The kitchen continuously connects to the room and allows the chef to make a nice touch with friends at the table. It is fully and modernly equipped: fridge, dishwasher, oven, ceramic hob, quality lever press, kettle, 12 sets of dishes, pots and glass. In the cottage there are 3 bedrooms for 4 persons each: 2 bedrooms with two twin beds and a third bedroom with a double bed and 2 single beds. Cots are also available. There is a spacious children's playroom on the hambalias. The monitoring system connected to the TV contributes to the security of the game room. So you can relax in peace with your friends and children at a distance. The main entrance is the corridor with benches and clothes hangers. Next to the hall there is a storage room for skis, boots and bikes. It is also ready to dry wet items. A Finnish sauna for 4 to 6 people is available near the cottage. There is a fireplace with a grill and a covered terrace for the summer season, which is ideal for a morning coffee break. At the bottom of the cottage there is a bathroom with a toilet and a spacious shower. Upstairs there is a second bathroom with shower and separate toilet. The whole cottage can be heated by a tiled stove. In-floor heating is installed in the hall, corridor, ski room and bathroom. Very practical and pleasant when returning from unfavorable weather. Radiators are located in the rooms. The bathrooms are also equipped with el. towels ladders. All rooms are individually adjustable. The solutions are tailored individually to the customer's wishes. Parking is possible for 3-4 cars directly on fenced land and under surveillance cameras. The cottage lies on the edge of the village and leads to it asphalt road. In the winter months it is maintained daily. The possibility of using up to 4 extra beds for children over the capacity of the object on the hambals. Chalupa U spruce is located in Horni Marsov, 5 km from Janske Lazne, 7 km from Pec pod Snezkou and 16 km from Spindleruv Mlyn. The cottage is suitable for groups of friends, families with children and corporate teams. The surrounding area invites you to an active holiday. We are located directly on the border of the Giant Mountains National Park. Wheels, hiking, skiing are activities that appeal directly to you. We will also satisfy those of you who are satisfied with the peaceful walks around, collecting mushrooms or forest crops. The location of the cottages offers you a choice between two top resorts in the winter months. Janske Lazne with a ski resort on Černá hora and Peci pod Sněžkou. Both are 7 km away and are grouped into one resort called Skiresort BLACK HORS - PEC. It offers 40 km of slopes and 84 km of cross-country skiing tracks. The free ski bus is a matter of course (about 1min from the cottage). Both resorts can be reached in 10 minutes and cross-country ski runs begin right next to the cottage. Resorts in the surroundings: Velká Úpa (7 km), Malá Upa (12 km), Mladé Buky (8 km), Černý Důl (14 km). For the smallest there is a toboggan hill behind the cottage. Nearby is the swimming pool (Janske Lazne, Pec or Trutnov), Relax park in Pec pod Snezkou, Rope centers in Pec and Janske Lazne. Horni Marsov is the starting point for the mountains. Excursions will take you to Pec pod Sněžkou, Černou horu, Pomezní Boudy, Růžová hora and Sněžka. Zoo - Dvur Kralove nad Labem is 35 km away.
