The cottage is located by the forest, in the beautiful nature of the Jeseníky Mountains and offers accommodation for up to 20 people in 4 bedrooms (1x three-bed, 2x five-bed, 1x six-bed). There is also a cot and one extra bed on the sofa in the common room, where you will also find a stylish tiled stove, TV and dining area. The fully equipped kitchen has a gas stove, electric and microwave oven, electric kettle, fridge with freezer and all necessary dishes. You can also enjoy social moments in the games room, where you will find electronic darts, a ping-pong table and ladders. The sanitary facilities include two bathrooms with a shower and toilet. There is also a washing machine. The building is heated by a central hot-water fireplace located in the common room, one fireplace is in the bedroom or it is possible to heat with an electric boiler. Parking is available directly at the property for 5 cars. There is an outdoor seating area with a stone fireplace and a fireplace in the garden. Since the cottage is located in the mountains, it is an ideal place for skiing, cross-country skiing, hiking, and cycling. Only about 5 km from the cottage is the remote Old Town, which lies in the north of Moravia between the areas of Králický Sněžník and Hrubý Jeseník. The place is ideal as a starting point for hiking trips and expeditions to the surrounding mountains. Králický Sněžník is the highest peak of the third highest mountain range in the Czech Republic, located on the state border with Poland. You can also visit the Velké Losiny hand-made paper mill, where there is also a chateau and thermal baths, or the Dlouhé Strana pumped storage power plant. Nearby ski resorts in the area: Skitech Kunčice, Stříbrnice - Návrší, Hynčice - Králičák, Paprsek, Branná, Jonas park Ostružná, Petříkov, Na Hájovně Branná, Petříkov, X-park Františkov, Zetocha Petříkov, Malá Morava - Vysoká and Ski club Ramzová pod Klínem.
