The cottage with a sauna and swimming pool, located among tall spruce trees, is located in the cottage area Hynčice pod Sušinou near the village of Staré Město on the border of Králický Sněžník and the Jeseníky Mountains. The advantage is the close proximity (approx. 200 m) to the Kraličák mountain area - lifts, cable car, ski school, fun park, lookout tower, scooter, bicycle and electric bicycle rental, bobsleigh track, paddleboards, horseback riding and more. The cottage offers accommodation for 10 people in three attic bedrooms. In total, there is a double bedroom with an extra bed (1x double bed), a triple bedroom (3x single beds) and a quadruple bedroom (1x double bed, 2x single beds and a child's bed up to 140 cm). On the ground floor, there is a living room with a fireplace, sofa, TV with home cinema and a dining table with 8 chairs for socializing. The living area is connected to a fully equipped kitchen (hob, electric oven, coffee maker, dishwasher, fridge with freezer, microwave and kettle). In the basement, there is a sauna with a relaxation area and a cooling pool for relaxation. There is also another common room with a fireplace, seating and a wine cellar by the sauna. The cottage also includes a children's playroom with table football, TV, toys and board games. The sanitary facilities include a bathroom with a 90x160cm shower cabin and a separate toilet with a sink on the ground floor and another separate toilet with a sink in the attic. Towels and bath towels are available. Heating is provided by storage stoves, direct heaters and fireplace stoves. WIFI internet access is available throughout the building. The cottage has plenty of storage space. Outside, a spacious fenced grassy garden stretches around the cottage. You can sit either on the outdoor terrace or in the covered pergola with a summer kitchen and smokehouse. There is a grill and a fireplace. Outside, you will also enjoy an indoor pool heated by a heat pump (swimming is possible from May 1 to October 31). The garden also includes table tennis, Russian skittles, a playground with a net and a sandbox for children. There is a storage room for bicycles, skis and other sports equipment. Parking is available directly at the property. In the vicinity of the property, there is the possibility of hiking, cycling, swimming, mushroom picking, skiing and cross-country skiing. Nearby are tennis courts, a riding stable and bowling. In the summer, there is the possibility of fishing and other attractions on the local private water reservoir.
