The cottage is located in the central part of the Nové Losiny village in the Jeseníky Nature Reserve. There is a large garden and a fireplace near the cottage. The cottage provides accommodation for up to 9 people in 2 bedrooms. On the ground floor there is a living room with a kitchen, a toilet, a bathroom with a shower, an infrared sauna and other facilities. On the first floor there are 2 bedrooms, each for 4 people. The kitchen is equipped with a gas stove, microwave oven, dishwasher and coffee maker. The heating is central gas or can be heated with wood in the fireplace stove. The plot is large enough to maintain the client's privacy. Nové Losiny is characterized by scattered residential and recreational developments, a wooded hilly landscape with peaks exceeding 1000 m above sea level. Nearby is the Velké Losiny castle, as well as a hand-made paper mill with a traditional manufacturing process, the new Velké Losiny Thermal Park - thermal baths with curative sulfur water with year-round operation, the unique Dlouhá stráně water feature, the highest peak of Jeseníky Praděd and other beautiful places in Jesenice. Not far from the cottage is the modern ski area Přemyslov with the longest illuminated slope in Moravia (1250m) and quality facilities for skiers. A little further on is the largest ski area in Moravia - the Kouty ski area with several challenging slopes and freeride zones with an elevation of up to 520m and the longest blue slope in Moravia (3050m). In the vicinity, at a distance of 10 - 20 km, there are other famous areas: e.g. on Červenohorské sedlo, in Branná, Petříkov, Ostružná, Ramzová or in Dolní Moravá, where you can also visit the Trail in the Clouds and the longest suspension bridge for pedestrians in the world - Sky Bridge 721.
