Chalupa Pod Šerovnou is located in the small village of Zvěřenice in the Šumava foothills near the village of Záblatí near Prachatic. This picturesque village with a beautiful landscape and a chapel is located in a quiet area on a hillside a few meters from the forest and the river Blanice. You can look forward to peace, comfort, solitude and fresh air. You can find opportunities for spending time actively or just relaxing in this beautiful nature at any time of the year. Chalupa Pod Šerovnou offers accommodation for 18 people in two separate apartments with their own entrance - the Blue Apartment and the Green Apartment. The apartments are separated from each other by double doors and, if necessary, the apartments can be combined into one large cottage. The BLUE APARTMENT has capacity for 10 people in four bedrooms, a total of 8 fixed beds and 2 extra beds with a folding sofa are available. Bedroom No. 1 is located on the ground floor, the other three bedrooms are located upstairs. Bedrooms 1 to 3 have their own bathroom and bedroom 4 shares a bathroom with the adjoining room. The first three bedrooms have a double bed, the fourth bedroom has two double beds, and bedroom No. 3 also has a sofa bed (width 140 cm) with the option of an extra bed for 2 people. On the ground floor of the apartment, there is a wardrobe and a shoe rack in the hall, and there is an entrance to a separate toilet from the corridor. The hallway leads to the kitchen with dining room and lounge. There is a fully equipped kitchen, a tiled stove, a huge wooden table with seating for up to 12 people, a comfortable sofa and a TV. A high chair is also available. You can access the terrace from the kitchen and from the social area. GREEN APARTMENT has a capacity for 8 people in three bedrooms, a total of 6 fixed beds and two extra beds with a fold-out sofa are available. A cot is available for rent. Additional beds available upon request. The first bedroom is located on the ground floor and the other two on the upper floor. All bedrooms have a double bed, TV and private bathroom. Bedrooms No. 2 and 3 have an extra bed. A wardrobe and a shoe rack are available in the hall of the apartment. The hallway leads to the kitchen, which has a large wooden table and a tiled stove. From the kitchen you can go out to a covered terrace with seating. Most of the interior features in both apartments include natural wood floors and the beds have quality mattresses. All bedrooms have spacious chests of drawers and wardrobes. Both apartments have a fully equipped kitchen (induction hob, electric oven, microwave oven, electric grill, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, electric kettle and washing-up products). The sanitary facilities in the Blue Apartment include 1 x separate toilet, 2 x bathrooms with shower, toilet and sink, 1 x bathroom with shower, bathtub, toilet and sink. Part of the Green apartment is 3 x bathrooms with shower, toilet and sink. There is 1 toilet in the basement in the adjacent building. Soap, toilet paper, hairdryer and towels are available in the bathrooms. Heating is provided in both apartments by electric floor heating with central control, in the bathrooms there is electric heating. ladders and each of the apartments is equipped with a tiled stove. WIFI internet connection is available throughout the building. From both apartments, you can go out to the terrace through the French doors and sit at the table with a beautiful view of the landscape. The building includes a lockable, secure space for bicycles, skis and strollers. The spacious garden and adjacent meadows will also provide the possibility of further use. There is a fireplace. In winter, it is possible to go sledding and bobsledding right next to the cottage. You can park right next to the building. Cycling, swimming, mushroom picking, fishing, cross-country skiing and skiing are available in the surroundings of the cottage. Swimming options include, for example: Křišťanovický pond, Prachatice - Hulák swimming pool, Prachatice pool, Husinec water reservoir, Vlachovo Březí swimming pool, Volary swimming pool, Vimperk swimming pool, Chlumský pond, Kramata pond, etc. In winter, nearby ski resorts are available : Libínské Sedlo, Zadov or Kubova Huť.
