The cottage can accommodate up to 6 people in 2 bedrooms and a living room. The cottage is an ideal place for families with children and anyone looking for privacy, peace and true relaxation away from the hustle and bustle of the city. It is an older stone building with the appropriate character of a rural building. It includes a pond with swimming facilities, outdoor seating, pergola, children's sandbox with toys and plenty of space for children and relaxation. DESCRIPTION: The living room is the heart of the cottage, here you will find a double bed, comfortable seating, TV and a fireplace for pleasant evenings. Thanks to the large number of windows, the room is beautifully lit and feels airy and open. The separate, fully equipped kitchen offers a hob (with socket connection), an oven as part of a cast iron stove (wood heating), a refrigerator, a microwave, a coffee maker, an electric kettle, complete dishes, a dining table, a high chair for children. The bedroom with a double bed offers privacy and a view of nature. A cot is also available. The room is suitable for children or other guests. The spacious entrance area allows for comfortable storage of shoes, jackets and sports equipment. Sanitary facilities - The cottage has 1 bathroom with toilet (shower, washbasin with mirror, toilet, washing machine, boiler, storage space). For families with small children, there is also a baby bath, potty. There is also a room for storing bicycles/stroller, you will also find a dryer and firewood. The cottage is supplied with water from its own source (well), not from the public water supply. After heavy rains, the water may contain sediment for a short time - we recommend letting it sit for a while, then it will run clear. According to the analysis, the water is drinkable, but if someone is not sure about it, we recommend bottled water. Heating of the cottage - a combination of a fireplace stove in the living room connected to radiators in individual rooms, a stove in the kitchen and air conditioning with heating and cooling functions. The fireplace stove serves as the main source of heat and ensures even heating of the entire building, while creating a pleasant atmosphere in the colder months. The stove in the kitchen provides additional thermal comfort, the air conditioning allows for quick heating and cooling in the summer. The cottage is located in a secluded area by the forest, off the main road. The driveway corresponds to this. The last section leads along a meadow and an unpaved road. Surroundings: Boubín Forest, The nature trail leads through the forest around Boubín Lake and is also suitable for families with children. Vimperk Castle.
