A cottage situated by the Volyňka stream, close to the beautiful nature of the Šumava Protected Landscape Area and the Boubín Primeval Forest, and near the towns of Vimperk and Volyně. The property accommodates up to 20 people, offering a total of 16 permanent beds across four bedrooms and one apartment, plus 4 extra beds available upon request. Thanks to its location and amenities, the cottage is ideal for private events, celebrations, family gatherings, bachelor/bachelorette parties, and more. DESCRIPTION: The cottage features two double bedrooms (double beds), one triple bedroom (one double bed and one single bed), one quadruple bedroom (one double bed and two single beds), and one five-bed apartment (two double beds, one single bed, and a private kitchen). Additionally, 4 extra beds can be provided (using sofa beds in the common room). All bedrooms and the apartment have private bathroom facilities, including a shower and toilet. Bed linen and towels are available for rent. A spacious common room is available to all guests, featuring a wood-burning stove, a seating area, a dining table with benches, and a wide-screen LCD TV with HDMI and USB connectivity. The cottage features a fully equipped kitchen (hob, oven, refrigerator, kettle, microwave, dishwasher, cookware, and tableware). The apartment includes an additional smaller kitchenette (hob, refrigerator, kettle, microwave, and tableware). A high chair and toys for children are provided. The bedrooms are heated by electric heaters, while the common room features a wood-burning stove; heat from the stove is distributed to the room and kitchen via radiators. Wi-Fi internet access is available throughout the property. The courtyard offers a covered seating area for barbecues, complete with an outdoor fireplace and tables and benches made of solid wood. Guests can also relax on the outdoor terrace, which overlooks a nearby stream. An open fire pit is also available. Parking is provided directly on-site in a fenced area with space for up to 10 vehicles; there is also ample room for a caravan or a car with a trailer. The surrounding area offers opportunities for hiking, cycling, swimming, mushroom picking, and fishing. Tennis courts are located nearby. Swimming options include the Vimperk, Svatá Maří, Mléčná Dráha (Račov), and Rohanov outdoor pools, as well as the Kramata and Zdíkovec ponds. Nearby ski resorts and areas include Javorník, Zadov, Kubova Huť, and others. The Sudslavice Circuit nature trail runs close to the cottage, passing through the Opolenec Nature Reserve and featuring sites such as the Sudslavice Lime Tree, Sudslavice Cave, and frost-riven rock outcrops. Other inviting excursion destinations include Vimperk Chateau, Kašperk Castle, the Boubín Lookout Tower, the ruins of Kunžvart Castle, the Volyně Stronghold, and Strakonice Castle.
