Cottage with infrared sauna and outdoor terrace near the Javorník lookout tower and Kašperk castle in the beautiful nature of the Šumava National Park. The capacity of the building is up to 10 people in 3 separately rented apartments (2+4+4) with their own bathroom and kitchenette. An ideal stay for nature lovers, hiking, cycling or skiing. In total, there are: Barrier-free apartment adapted for people with disabilities - one-room apartment for 2 people (2x single bed in the living room), Orange and Brown apartment - two-room apartments for 4 people (1x double bed in a separate bedroom and 1x bunk bed in the living room). All apartments have a smaller living room with a dining table, TV and an equipped kitchenette (fridge, stove, microwave and kettle). The sanitary facilities include one bathroom with shower and toilet in all apartments. There is a washing machine. Heating is provided by underfloor heating. The entire property has WIFI internet access. All accommodations can also use a spacious common room with a large dining table, a kitchenette with a beer tap and a refrigerator, a home cinema with a powerful audio system and a children's corner. The room can be used for organizing celebrations and parties. You can enjoy a moment of relaxation in the infrared sauna. There is a large grassy garden around the cottage. There is a shared outdoor terrace with a grill for sitting. Children will appreciate the outdoor playground with swings and a slide. There is a storage room for bicycles and skis. Parking is free right next to the property. Each apartment has its own parking space. In the vicinity of the cottage there is the possibility of hiking, cycling, swimming, skiing, cross-country skiing and mushroom picking. Restaurants, shops, post office, pastry shop (1km). Swimming options include: Rohanov swimming pool, Vimperk swimming pool, Zdíkovec pond, Sušice or Horažďovice Aquaparks, etc. There are nearby ski resorts: Zadov, Nové Hutě, Javorník or Kašperské mountains. Excursions in the surrounding area include the Zadov rope center, Kašperk Castle, Rabí Castle, the Zadov, Javorník, Boubín, Svatobor and Sedlo lookout towers, as well as the historical center of the town of Vimperk, Volyně Fortress, Hoslovice Water Mill or Prachatice Single Trek.
