The cottage above the Prachovské rocks is located by the forest on the edge of the popular tourist area of Bohemian Paradise in the village of Samšina in the Drštěkryje area. Nearby you can visit the town of Sobotka, dominated by Humprecht Castle, or the fairy-tale town of Jičín, offering historical, cultural and sporting experiences. This renovated cottage set in a sandstone rock offers accommodation for 6 people. The entire cottage consists of two apartments and one bedroom. All rooms have their own bathroom with shower and toilet. The first double apartment is located on the ground floor and includes a double bed, dining table, fireplace and fully equipped kitchenette (fridge, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishes for regular use in the cottage including cutlery, plates, etc.). On the ground floor there is also an entrance to the cellar, which can be used as a pantry for imported food or drinks. On the first floor of the cottage there is a second triple apartment. The apartment can be entered through a separate back entrance leading around the house along sandstone stairs or directly from the stairs from the ground floor. The apartment has a double bed, a separate single bed and a kitchenette almost the same as in the ground floor apartment. There is also a separate single bedroom on the first floor, called the Hermitage. Beds are made up, towels and bath towels are provided. For smaller children, it is necessary to have your own travel cot. Heating is provided by underfloor heating, direct heaters and a fireplace on the ground floor. WIFI internet connection is available throughout the building. By the cottage you can sit in a spacious, roofed pergola equipped with a charcoal grill, comfortable outdoor seating with a table and wood for heating in the fireplace. On the terrace and in the garden you can enjoy the views of the nearby forest. There is a bicycle rack, which you can store or lock here. Parking is available directly at the building. In the vicinity of the cottage there are opportunities for hiking, cycling, swimming, mushroom picking and fishing. Nearby there are tennis courts, minigolf and bowling. Swimming options include: Sklář - Ostružno swimming pool, Jinolicke ponds, Nebákov pond, Sobotka swimming pool, Kníže swimming pool - Jičín, Aqua Centrum Jičín, Hodkovice swimming pool, Libáň swimming pool, Lomnice nad Popelkou swimming pool and others. Trips in the surrounding area include Prachovské rocks, Pařez Castle, Jičín - Valdická Gate, Rumcajsova ševcovna, Wallenstein loggia, Kost Castle, Trosky Castle Ruins, Tábor and Kozákov lookout towers, Hrubá Skála, Turnov or Mnichovo Hradiště Chateau.
