The luxuriously furnished cottage is located in the very heart of the Bohemian Paradise, in the picturesque village of Mladějov, near the Prachovské Rocks. Its location makes it an ideal place for hiking, cycling and well-deserved rest. You can look forward to a heated swimming pool, terrace, large garden and plenty of privacy. The cottage provides accommodation for 15 people in 4 bedrooms. There are three spacious bedrooms on the first floor. The blue and red bedrooms are 4-bed (1 double bed, 1 single bed, 1 extra bed) and the yellow bedroom is 2-bed (2 separate single beds) with the possibility of an extra bed for a child. There is also a residential attic with four mattresses (four adults or more children can comfortably fit here), which is designed as a fun space for children where they can play. A cot is available. Each bedroom is equipped with a TV and a private bathroom with a shower, sink and toilet. On the ground floor there is also a large bathroom with a toilet, washing machine and iron. For social moments, there is a spacious living room, the dominant feature of which is a stylish tiled stove, which gives the cottage a pleasant atmosphere. There is also a sofa, which can be used as an extra bed for one person, a TV and board games. The living room is loosely connected to a fully equipped kitchen (induction hob, electric oven, microwave, kettle, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and dishes) with seating at solid oak tables and a TV. The entire cottage is heated by underfloor heating, with a tiled stove with a fireplace in the living room. WI-FI internet access is available throughout the building. The cottage is surrounded by a large grassy plot with parking on a fenced, camera-guarded parking lot right next to the building (max. 6 cars). You can spend your free time together on a large, partly covered terrace with wooden seating and a garden grill. You can also use the fireplace. The dominant feature of the garden is a heated indoor pool with a counter-current and a whirlpool built into the pool steps (available from April to September). You can relax on the outdoor loungers. In your free time, you can play badminton and pétanque. The little ones will appreciate the playground with a swing, slide and trampoline, and adults will appreciate the tap facilities. For cyclists, there is a possibility of storing bicycles in the bike shed. In the vicinity of the cottage, there is the possibility of hiking, cycling, swimming, skiing, cross-country skiing, fishing or mushroom picking. Swimming options include, for example: Sobotka swimming pool, Nebákov pond, Sklář - Ostružno swimming pool, Jinolické ponds, Věžák pond, Kníže - Jičín swimming pool, Roudenský pond, Aqua Centrum Jičín or Sedmihorky swimming pool. In winter, nearby ski resorts are an advantage, for example: Kozákov Ski Resort, Zvičina Ski Resort, Paseky nad Jizerou Ski Resort, Šachty Ski Resort, cross-country skiing area in Lomnice nad Popelkou, etc. The surrounding area is attractive for trips: Prachovské Rocks, ruins of Trosky Castle, Nebákov and Podsemín ponds, Humprecht Castle, Kost Castle, Hrubá Skála Castle, Šolcův Statek or Jičín - the city of fairy tales.
