A secluded cottage by the forest in the heart of the beautiful nature of the Bohemian Paradise Protected Area, in close proximity to the popular Prachovské Rocks and not far from the historical center of the fairy-tale town of Jičín (Valdická Gate, chateau, museums, Rumcajsova ševcovna and aquapark). The capacity of the property is for up to 18 people in 4 bedrooms. The cottage is ideal not only for family holidays, but also for corporate events, teambuildings, weddings and celebrations. There is a total of 1x 2-bed bedroom, 2x 4-bed bedroom and 1x 8-bed bedroom. A cot is available for rent. The bedrooms have comfortable beds with sheets. Bedding is not included in the equipment, you must have your own or a sleeping bag. After agreement, it is possible to pitch tents outside on the property. The cottage has a spacious common room with a fireplace and dining tables. There is a TV. The room is connected to a fully equipped kitchen (electric stove, solid fuel stove, refrigerator, microwave, kettle, dishwasher and dishes for 20 people). There is a playroom with lots of toys for children. The sanitary facilities include two bathrooms with a shower and hot water heated by an electric boiler, three sinks and two toilets. There is also one separate toilet. Heating is provided by a fireplace stove with an exchanger, which heats the entire building even in the winter months. Wood is included in the rental price. Additional heating with an electric boiler is possible by arrangement. You can sit outside by the fireplace. You can park directly at the building. There are up to 7 parking spaces available. In the vicinity of the building there is the possibility of hiking, cycling, swimming, fishing, mushroom picking, skiing and cross-country skiing. There are also tennis courts, golf, mini golf, riding school and wellness nearby. Swimming options include: Sklář Swimming Pool - Ostružno, Jinolické Ponds, Kníže Swimming Pool - Jičín, Aqua Centrum Jičín, Nebákov Pond, Sobotka Swimming Pool and others. Nearby ski lifts are available: Kozákov, Nad Nádražím - Semily, Máchovka, Turnov - Struhy, etc. Other nearby trips include Kost Castle, Trosky, Hrubá Skála, Staré Hrady, Wallenstein Loggia and Linden Alley, Brada Castle Ruins, Rumcajs Cave, Bohemian Paradise Nature Museum or Bohemian Paradise Museum Turnov.
