Rent apartments Kadlec - Volary, Sumava. Accommodation pension with swimming pool and sauna Šumava. The apartments in our guesthouse are after complete reconstruction and are situated on the outskirts of Volary directly on the cycling route with a wonderful view of the Šumava forests. There are 12 apartments in total: 5x double, 1x triple, 4x four-bed, 1x five-bed and 1x seven-bed with a total capacity of 41 beds. Fully furnished apartments with private bathroom and kitchen are offered for accommodation. There is, among other things, a large Finnish sauna with a cooling pool, a common room, internet, a depository and a ski and bicycle rental, a large garden with a seating area and a children's playroom. The apartments are suitable for a family holiday with children, skiing, tourists, cyclists, boaters, for groups of friends, outing sessions. We can arrange an out-of-town meeting for companies with complete securing of related services (half-board + refreshment, meeting room, bowling, outdoor activities in the vicinity - Vltava rides, cycling, fishing etc.). We are apartments that have been offering our customers what they want for 8 years now. Of course there is a pub that is open 24 hours a day, regardless of the day of the week, and the staff is at your service. We do not just think of adults, but children also have their own large games room and garden. Our credo is a satisfied guest. Each apartment has its own new bathroom wc, shower, wash-basin. Heating in the building is a fireplace stove for a pleasant atmosphere and central heating. Seamless parking right next to the property with an unlimited number of parking spaces. There is a large fully equipped pub with a kitchen, a Finnish sauna right in the building and a newly built cooling pool. For bicycles and skis, a lockable space is reserved. Common room: drafting facilities, ping-pong and billiards. In the 3000m2 garden, there is a swimming pool, a children's corner and a large grill room with a stone cloth + rotary grill for a pig or chicken. Swimming possibilities in the surroundings: Lipno water reservoir, Husinec water reservoir, Chlumský rybník, Křišťanovický pond, swimming pool Prachatice - Hulák, swimming pool Prachatice, swimming pool Vimperk, swimming pool Vlachovo Březí, pond Olšina. The most famous tourist destinations are the Boubín Forest with a lookout tower, Libínské Sedlo with a lookout tower and a cableway, Plešné Lake, Schwarzenberg canal with sailing, Three-alley, Lipno lake, cyclists or skaters around the Vltava (Nová Údolí - Nová Pec). You can visit the playground, the city museum, the Valaar menhirs, the crossing, the old town with typical volary houses. Nearby there is a railway station with a train exit in the direction of Prachatice, Strakonice, Český Krumlov and Nové Údolí (transition to Bavaria). Of course there are marked tourist circuits around the city. In winter, perfect conditions for skiing in German Mitterdorf (15 minutes from the house, very affordable family fare) are also suitable for the smallest skiers, the nearest center is the České Žleby (10 minutes). After skiing, you can visit the nearby thermal baths in Waldkirchen (including a salt-water 35-degree thermal pool) or the Volare town swimming pool. Nearby ski resorts nearby: Mitterdorf, České Žleby, Libínské Sedlo.
