A cottage featuring an outdoor covered, heated pool, situated near the Šumava Protected Landscape Area and the Blatná Highlands, close to Švihov Water Castle and the town of Klatovy. The cottage accommodates up to 6 people, offering two double bedrooms in the attic and two extra beds. A baby cot and high chair are available upon request. The ground floor features a living room with a seating area, a wood-burning stove, and satellite TV. Adjoining the living area is a fully equipped kitchen (hob, microwave, fridge, kettle, toaster, and crepe maker) with a dining table. A utility room is available for storing bicycles, strollers, etc. Bathroom facilities include a shower, a washbasin, and a toilet. A drying rack is available for use. Heating is provided by a wood-burning stove. Wi-Fi internet access is available throughout the property. Guests can also relax in the garden, where a barbecue grill is provided. In the summer months, the spacious covered, heated pool is a highlight. A sandbox and trampoline are ready for children. Covered parking for two cars is provided on-site. The surrounding area offers opportunities for hiking, cycling, swimming, mushroom picking, and fishing. Tennis courts and a riding stable are located nearby. Swimming options include, for example, the Němčák quarry, Hnačov Pond, the Klatovy swimming pool, Myslív Pond, and the Roupov and Blovice outdoor pools. In winter, ski areas such as Nýrsko and Javorná are available. Nearby attractions include the Skašov Toy Museum (Mečín), Červené Poříčí Chateau, and Klatovy—with its Black Tower, White Tower, Baroque "At the White Unicorn" Pharmacy, and the Jesuit church underground and catacombs. Other highlights are the Švihov water castle, the Šumava Museum in Sušice, Klenová Castle and Chateau, Farmapark Dobřany, Žinkovy Chateau and park, Rabí Castle, and the beautiful nature of the Šumava region.
